Beautiful resort! Gorgeous beach access and lots of fun pools. All inclusive, staff are super friendly 😊 Loved their events and ELIF informed us about them, she is the best! Rooms are nice especially w balcony opening to the sea🌊 Bathrooms are cute too! Food quality was pretty decent for all inclusive. It was a bit hard finding chairs as it was a popular spot and so busy. They can also upgrade the carpeting in hallways for a five star hotel look but overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Hotel cleanliness is on point tje hotel is beautiful such nice views a range of things to do including such nice facilities music is on . The hotel I would definitely recommend and would definitely come back . The entertainment team is amazing so kind caring involved really here to help you out and encourage you to get involved in all that’s going on! They also have some amazing pets on site that made my trip jus the bit better !!!

I want to share the worst customer service experience I have had in any hotel worldwide. We chose Bodrum Holiday Resort & Spa because we were looking for a kid-friendly hotel close to our family villa for a wedding celebration. We went to the front desk to inform that we will have someone coming to our room (family friend) to do our makeup and hair for the wedding. At first, reception did not want to help and told us we have to go ourselves to security guard at the entrance of the hotel to inform them. I explained that security guards were not very helpful and sent us to reception. We were then referred to guest relations desk. Now this was the most bizarre interaction with guest relations manager Ayce and general manager Muhammed Ozer. I have never experienced anyone in customer service talking to me like this before. After I explain my request, I was told no , without any explanation. Guest relations manager then tried to push their in-house makeup and hair person and tried to give me a brochure. And this is after I explained that we made arrangements for someone to come in the same day! Not only was Ayce not helpful , but she tried to upsell me on hotel’s services!! I then asked what is the procedure for launching a complaint, THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME A LINK OR BROCHURE to provide feedback about this experience! Then, general manager, Muhammed Ozer came in. There was hope that a manager of this hotel will be able to provide proper explanation, make alternate arrangements or at the very least provide information on how to give this feedback to upper management of the hotel line. He told us to complain to the agency we made reservation with! When we asked why this is not allowed, he just said it is not. Afterwards, there was no apology from this so called general manager to us, no gesture as they ruined the wedding day and made us look for alternate arrangements. When we were leaving, this manager muttered “sorry” and rolled his eyes. I am in shock with the way guest relations and general manager talk to the guests in their hotel. When we arrived, we were already disappointed in how old the building is, hallways and staircases are actually dirty, rooms are old, shower leaks dirty water when you turn it on, pull out sofa that was in the room (we asked for an extra bed for our 5-year old: they had old pull-out sofa for her) was broken. I was trying my best to overlook poor accommodations in hopes for good service and tried to enjoy our family trip. This incident with guest relations and general manager completely ruined it. I do not recommend for anyone to stay here given how old the facilities are, food and drinks being terrible and most importantly, you will not get good service here which is the most basic thing any guest can ask for.

I am currently in this hotel, the impressions are fantastic. The service is very good, the staff is friendly, they try to make everyone happy. Rooms are being cleaned every day, towels are changed when you want it and the maid brings fresh water every day. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is large, with a bathtub. Each room has a safe that can be used free of charge. The city is a 10 mints away by taxi (10€ per direction) or you can take a bus in every 15 mins in front of hotel (1€/person/direction) There are always free space on sunbads by the pool, althought those who like can use the sandy beach, or sit in one of the many cafes or even on the grass. Everything you want is available. I have special praise for the Entertaimnet team, they are very nice young people. Usually those animators can be aggressive and hard, in this hotel, on the contrary, they are very kind and really do their job, entertain. If you read the comments about the food, I understand why some people say that it is monotonous, indeed it is repetitive, but there are so many types that you can combine different things and eat differently. I am from Serbia and the dishes served here are familiar to me, we eat very similar at home, but people who are not familiar with these flavors should dare to try them, instead of sticking to the safe options of fries and fried onions and burgers. I cannot underline this enough---the cakes are absolutely fantastic. The only thing that may be important to mention is that the hotel is full of stairs and uphills. For me, it's a positive thing and I like physical activity because I feel less guilty about the amount of cake I ate, but it can be a problem for someone who has difficulty moving. To be honest, I've been to various hotels in Turkish summer resorts, but this hotel is a real hit. Do not pay attention to negative comments, they are written by people who are revolted by some specific situations that otherwise rarely happen. Objectively, an excellent hotel, a beautiful vacation and a holiday to remember. Be sure to come. Oh, one more thing. There are many, many, MANY cats all over the resort so keep that in mind if you have a problem with them. P.S. Thank you Bodrum Holiday resort!

Very nice the swimming pool team are very helpful. All the staff are great drink is nice the music is on point disco at night they have an archery team here played darts they do swimming at the same time every morning I have plenty of bars and food everywhere.

It was not a good experience staying at this hotel starting from the corridors all dirty and very old carpets the rooms also very old and they don’t provide iron to your room instead they want to charge you for it Food quality was very very poor. The staff are welcoming and nice but never again I would come back.

the entertainment people were absolutely amazing, they were so kind, funny and fun. the food was delocious, the rooms were clean every day and the staff was very nice and friendly, the barmans were amazingg, the drinks were good and tasty, i loved my time there and i wish i can go back there❤️

I had a very good time at the hotel especially with the bartender Ozcan because he was always there for me and never let me down I think he is one of the better bartenders I met at the hotel. He does a very good job and you can see that he is a professional.

The resort is very spacious, there’s three pools and a Long Beach, so everywhere you can find some spot for yourself. The entertainment team is very funny and helpful. Every day you can find some nice activity. We really like an archery with Hugo.

The staff were very friendly, serving a plentiful supply of food. There was a very good local beer on tap 24/7. The facilities catered for all of the family, with various pools which included its own aqua park on site that had different atmospheres for your mood!

Great service at front, cleaners and bar. Hotel staff les because my room didnt open much. my kids loved it. we will come back because my kids loved it. Nice place. Only to bussu for evening dining. make more tables or do time limiet. There were enough beds at pool.

The best hotel is the all of the türkiye. I went with my family to this hotel for a week last week. we had a good holiday. in terms of everything like: stuffs workings-the environment (beach-pools-restaurants-bars and...) is everything nice and okay. just i think this hotel has too much steps!😁 (for fun)
