3 泊の滞在を心から楽しみました。とても清潔で、広々としていて、素敵な装飾が施され、素晴らしい景色が見える大きなバルコニーがあります。さまざまなオプションから選べるオーダーメイドの朝食とディナーは、リーズナブルな価格で高品質でした。深夜の軽食は、おいしい料理がたくさんあり、ハイライトでした。WeChat のバトラー システムによる素晴らしいサービスで、生活が楽になりました。多くの国際的な 5 つ星ホテルが何十年も提供していないターンダウン サービスも提供されました。屋外エリアの温水プールは魅力的でした。強くお勧めします。

このホテルは、私が読んだ他のレビューで述べていた通り、すべてにおいて最高でした。悪いレビューがない理由が今ならわかります。 ホテル自体は清潔できれいです（少なくとも 1 日に 2 回は循環する美しいプール、新鮮なタオル、水、アイスティー、必要に応じて蚊よけスプレーも用意されています）。部屋は非常に広く、ドア付きの独立したトイレ（多くのホテルでは一般的ではない）があるのはうれしいです。 フライト前の検査結果から、スナックの持参、清掃、ターンダウン サービスの提供など、必要なものが揃っていることを確認するための配慮のレベル。 食事も素晴らしいですが、そこで食事をしたくない場合は、他の多くのレストランに簡単にアクセスできます。朝食は十分に価値があります。ビュッフェ スタイルですが、朝食メニューから注文します（8 ～ 11 品を好きなだけ注文できます）。中華料理と西洋料理の両方の朝食オプションが豊富。 道路の向かい側にはスクーターをレンタルできる場所 🏍 があり、ホテルではご希望に応じて自転車 🚴 も提供しています。 お子様連れの方には、広い遊び場があります。静かな休暇を楽しみたい方 (私たちのように) には、美しくて静かな場所です😊👌 素晴らしい時間を過ごせたことに、感謝してもしきれません。期待以上のサービスを提供してくれた Ester にも、特に感謝いたします! 唯一残念なのは、あっという間に終わってしまったことです ♥️

We had a wonderful stay at The Tong Resort in Yangshuo with our family. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious and stylish, and the heated swimming pool was such a treat — especially after a day of exploring. The kids’ room is fantastic, with fun activities for both younger and older children. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. A special mention to one of the evening waitresses who truly went above and beyond — she deserves a 10 out of 10 for her effort and kindness. Breakfast was delicious with a good mix of Western and local options. Although the team doesn’t speak much English, communication through WeChat worked really well. We highly recommend this hotel. While you’re in Yangshuo, don’t miss out on a scenic bike tour with Asian Bikes and a cooking class at Cloud 9 Cooking School — both were absolute highlights and run by the loveliest people. The pool area is cozy and relaxing! This is truly a top hotel, and we’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you!!!! ❤️
