フロントの女性が私が一人で宿泊しているのを見て女性用の部屋を用意してくれました 部屋にはドライヤー、加湿器、小さな鏡、木製のくしがあり気配りがあり、とても暖かいホテルだというのが第一印象でした。午後、家政婦さんがアフタヌーンティーを用意してホテルまで届けてくれました部屋には、出かける際の連絡先を残しておいて、天気を教えてくれました初めて別の場所にいることの気遣いを感じ、煙台の人々の熱意はい、楽しい、ホテルは古くなく、レトロなスタイルで、手入れが行き届いています。

ホテルは良い場所にあります。朝食は許容範囲です。英語を話せる受付係は1名のみです。残念ながら、中国の他のホテルのように発票を取得する可能性はありません。

It was our first visit to Yantai. The room, located at high floor with a full ocean view, really made our stay in the hotel a perfect choice. The hotel staff are friendly and always available to help. The best part was on our arrival on 20May, our room was beautifully decorated (see photo). Many thankd to Manager Ms Serena for making such great efforts in welcoming us. This hotel gave us a perfect stay. Will be back.

Lovely stay. The hotel is in a great location, with kind staff and good amenities. The building itself is a little old, but still has a charm, and I enjoyed my staff. Thank you to the hardworking staff

Rooms are great... see view is nice on the bay... must be amazing from the rooms with balconary in summer.... Thans a lot to SERENA for the nice welcome and friendly service... hotel is at a dead end of the roads, so very quiet and silent at night. 300m from famous bar street and light house park. we will come back in week end

This hotel is amazing, and I mean it! The location is perfect for everything: there are major sites, the sea, the beach. It was the best sea view you could hope for! Both the buffet and a la carte are delicious and affordable (and with the view as well). Special thanks goes to the staff and the cervice. Everyone was super helpful, attentive, polite and professional. Serena at the front desk answered every possible question and assisted with everything! The room has all the facilities you could wish for and lots of complimentary water and fruits. I will definitely come again and recommend it to friends.

I would highly recommend the hotel as the perfect location, cleanliness & services. Greeting fruits & Yogurt make your feel you are so welcomed. Every single staff you come across would greet you at any time. It’s very close to the scenic area of Mount Yantai, A lot of varieties for the breakfast.

Far from airport

冬天的煙台非常美麗凍人，南方人來遊玩，趁着春節假期好好放鬆一把，作為老牌五星級酒店是可以讓人放心入住的，地理位置絕佳，出門就是沙灘和煙台山景區，一線海景盡收眼底，還可以在房間裏看日出。 酒店工作人員春節加班也很辛苦，而且服務感覺比平時更用心，期間因為個人原因想換房換個角度看海景，一直都耐心的陪同，添麻煩啦，房間設施齊全，還有歡迎水果贈送。 最最最讓人驚喜的是有手寫卡片和旅遊手繪地圖，也太用心了，很有儀式感，作為老牌酒店轉型很成功噢，有來自年代沉澱下來的底藴又有不斷的創新。 下次再來煙台的話，還會選擇住在這裏。

酒店非常棒，位置很好，雖然説是老牌的五星級酒店，但是設施設備維護的還是很好，馬桶是智能馬桶很方便。酒店外面就是就是一個景區，外面有很多的海鷗，不需要特地去其他地方拍攝海鷗，走路走路2分鐘就到了朝陽街附近還有很多的舊址，非常的不錯。入住的時候小朋友睡著了，房間還沒有打掃好，我的要求就是離電梯近一，（工作人員也是滿足了的），這樣子方便嘛，後來我們在旁邊休息，想看一下附近的旅遊攻略什麼的，然後就有工作人員説來給我們升級了一級，是帶陽台的海景房。 入住後有管家加我微信，但是我沒有通過，想着就住兩天也沒什麼必要吧。後來管家孫秀梅久用短訊的方式發給了我很多的温馨提示啊，比如當天的天氣啊，或者問我是否要晚點退房這些，非常的貼心。

酒店環境優雅，景色迷人，門前就是大海，海岸線美得如同仙境，成羣的海鷗在空中翱翔，與遊客們共同享受着這份寧靜與自由。煙台山公園有燈光，夜幕降臨，窗外煙台山的花燈亮起，那絢爛的色彩、濃厚的年味，讓人彷彿置身於一個童話世界。酒店的早餐，菜品豐富，美味，餐廳服務張雅夢細心為孩子取餐，問候，幫忙送咖啡☕️，能感受到酒店對每一位客人的用心服務。管家王京梅，全程熱情服務周到，細心的在房間給孩子準備拖鞋，牙刷，小玩具，感受到賓至如歸的温暖。下次再來煙台，金海灣酒店無疑將是首選之地。

這次旅程，非常感謝金海灣酒店小楊管家的熱情安排和早餐廳花姨的貼心服務，我們深深感受到山東人的熱情好客。因為孩子在南方長大，春節出遊想看雪，又不想太冷，特意選擇雪窩子煙台，一個美麗的海濱城市，沒想到城市這麼友好，這麼乾淨，天氣又這麼給力，時而陣雪綿綿，時而艷陽高照，以後還會來😄煙台是個好地方👍
