Nice stuff and clean area , the hotel is very big with a lot of activities and areas to discover that you won’t get bored at all

Professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness of the staff. Elegant and modern environment. Very clean and well cared for. Very large structure with many activities. Beach a few meters. Lots of entertainment, clubs and shops for shopping in the area. Generous breakfast and with a very wide choice of food. Perfect hotel!

Not the best, as evening staff seem more friendly and morning staff, and there is a notable difference in how the staff treat different nationalities (French seem to be the more preferred), the cleaning staff are friendly and helpful with issues in your room, don't leave food or drinks out, due to ants, if we go again, if we will be staying at an different hotel. The food was ok, but not a big English selection, breakfast was the best, we ate out, as there are some excellent restaurants at reasonable prices (very good exchange rate). Remember, Tunisia is a poor country, and this is reflected in the infrastructure and some of the locals' attitudes.

The entertainment staff absolutely made the holiday Brown, Ziggy, Luca and Dino were all so incredible and accommodating. They went above and beyond to keep us entertained and made us feel welcome. The food was all the same but there were plenty of options around the hotel

Brown and the entertainment team really made the holiday exciting, every night was something different and they were very interactive with the children. Brown, Luca and dino were especially great and always made us feel welcome. Would truly recommend the experience.

April 2024 hotel is amazing I stayed here with my wife and kids the entertainment team is amazing was so good with my kids the night shows involved everybody lots of languages spoken, hotel is nice and clean.

Amazing hotel, friendly helpful competent staff. Good for couples and family's. Clean rooms, huge choice of food when staying all inclusive. Hotel is in great location very close to market, beach, theme park, bars and restaurants. Have had a look at the few bad reviews and can't understand what people are complaining about,simply some tourists are never pleased and complain over trivial things. Booked a 1 bedroom room and was upgraded to a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with garden area. We was so grateful as this was our first family holiday. From Charlotte and Bubacarr

We travelled as a family of three. The hotel reception staff were very friendly and welcoming , we were taken to our Very spacious and clean room/apartment . The first day we met the entertainment team by the pool..they are fantastic and were amazing with the children but also with the adults as well ..including everyone in all the games and dancing. The food was excellent and available most of the day. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
