Rude staff in the indoor shop elderly man with a man bun grey hair terrible costumer service being rude as i tried to pay by card he tried to charge extra and i pointed out that wasn’t the right to which he started being passive aggressive for no apparent reason apart from that bar staff are excellent

I was quite nervous as I started to read lots of awful reviews after I had booked. My expectations were quite low. However, wow, what a wonderful hotel. We had the best time. Yes, the hotel, especially the older building is a little tired and could do with some renovations, however, we had two rooms, both were clean and comfy. The housekeeping staff were busy every day, not just cleaning the rooms but ensuring the outside facilities were clean too. Everyone we came across were friendly, approachable and genuine. If someones english wasn't very good they quickly found a staff member who had good English. The food was standard all inclusive fayre. The animation team were OK. To be fair we only attended two shows. Highly recommend the Friday night fire show. We would have attended more if they started earlier, 10pm was quite late for us. The pools were clean, and cleaned every day. The adults only pool, isn't adults only. Children are allowed in all pools. Honestly, the staff make this hotel they are all lovely. Highly recommend the spa, massages were very relaxing, certainly got those stubborn knots out. Our suggestions to the hotel would be: Make the spa area adults only. It's very disconcerting having a massage and hearing children running and shouting. An extra room key would been great for our 3 teens sharing a room, especially when one wanted an earlier night or a lay in when the others didn't. Start the adult entertainment earlier. I come this hotel first time I really like hotel food is okey drink okey animation team friendly they have many activity more than 15 every night another show also they have disco tour we get really good time but only WiFi sooo bad plase fix it if you fix it we coming again than you for everything see you next year

If there is a place to avoid on this earth, Batihan Hotel is that place. Rooms absolutely filty, service none existing, staff very rude and careless and the list is endless. Food absolutely disgusting. The only decent thing in this hotel was the water the salad and baklavas . AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Back home what an amazing hotel and the best thing in the world the animation team!!!! Fantastic to be back. Come back every year. Food is fantastic. The staff always look after us and remember who we are. A special shout out for Coco. Batian, sexy fellaini, cenker, Victoria and not to forget DJ ozan

Just returned from a 4 day stay. We had a family room which was clean and average size. Food was repetitive but wasn't bad. Staff, some.really helpful some not but language barrier. People in resort were friendly and the local shopping and markets were a lot less pushy then they are in other parts we have been to in Turkey. Beach is a part of the resort and it was really nice to have this so accessible. Entertainment was excellent. It wasn't too busy and was generally a pleasant few days.

We are coming this hotel 12 years we really like here people friendly food is good bar team they do good job animation team amazing they have everything in the hotel they have many activity and every night different show thank you for all guys see you next time again
