Sterling Yelagiri

The hotel was definitely overwhelmed with being full on the days we stayed. The room service was quite slow. They were trying their hardest to be responsive, but didn't seem like they were adequately staffed. The pool looked terrible and we certainly kept the kids away from it.It's a nice place rooms are clean. Towels need to be replaced they were yellowish stained or smelled oily probably used in spa. Otherwise no complaints. Hot water available all the time. Buffet is decent for the price. Car Parking adequate. We used the connecting double bedroom 2 rooms for 4 people - balcony views are limited there was a house next to us in first floor. No valley view.

A decent option given the lack of quality resorts at Yelagiri. But the overall experience has to go a lot up. Food can be better at the restaurant, breakfast buffet has good options, but lunch/dinner buffet menu is relatively limited. Swimming pool can be matained better, but otherwise the activities options are good enough.

I stayed with my family at sterling yelagiri.... everything is fabulous...the ambience, room, food, resort facilities, services by Mr.Pratheesh and team is excellent I would strongly recommend sterling yelagiri to everyone for lifetime experience... Thank you so much

Sterling hotel was a very good choice of ours. The hospitality of the staff was very Good.Ezpecially Mr. Pratish was very co operative. He take care of our all needs towards business meeting in a very professional way. I would recommend others to come here . Thanks Anand

Room Booked through Pratheesh reception incharge... 1. He given max offer on weekends booking 2. Rooms are clean and Good had pleasant experience 3. Breakfast is Complementary... lunch and dinner have to pay and eat... Taste is very good not too much masala or oil everything very good... Healthy food also they providing 4. Room Service person are very decent approach good and polite people

Our stay was very pleasant and hotel staff was very courteous… Barisha and Ramachandran took good care of us and very humble in their services. Hotel room was pretty spacious and open space for kids play area was added advantage, nice and clean pool makes it more fun for kids. Thank u to entire staff for their services

It was a very comfortable experience. Both Saran and Valarmqti from the house keeping depar**ent were very helpful and took good care of us! Even the pool was very clean and hygienic. Food was great as well. I Highly recommend staying here..

Service and food is excellent. Stay is fantastic for a short holiday. Good variety of food and personal attention to each family is highly noted. Swimming pool maintenance could have been better. But they provide badminton and other indoor play items which are really fantastic
