Sterling Yelagiri

The hotel was definitely overwhelmed with being full on the days we stayed. The room service was quite slow. They were trying their hardest to be responsive, but didn't seem like they were adequately staffed. The pool looked terrible and we certainly kept the kids away from it.It's a nice place rooms are clean. Towels need to be replaced they were yellowish stained or smelled oily probably used in spa. Otherwise no complaints. Hot water available all the time. Buffet is decent for the price. Car Parking adequate. We used the connecting double bedroom 2 rooms for 4 people - balcony views are limited there was a house next to us in first floor. No valley view.

A decent option given the lack of quality resorts at Yelagiri. But the overall experience has to go a lot up. Food can be better at the restaurant, breakfast buffet has good options, but lunch/dinner buffet menu is relatively limited. Swimming pool can be matained better, but otherwise the activities options are good enough.

Sterling hotel was a very good choice of ours. The hospitality of the staff was very Good.Ezpecially Mr. Pratish was very co operative. He take care of our all needs towards business meeting in a very professional way. I would recommend others to come here . Thanks Anand

Amazing experience... All the staffs are very friendly.... Its the best resort at Yelagiri and have lot of indoor games too... Kids had great experience and enjoyed a lot.. Food was great with lot of varieties... Nice place to stay and enjoy a trip...

The house keeping was good . It was done by Parvathi and valarmathi The room stay was not I expected it was not that great The ambiance is not good of the sterling The was food was ok But the house keeping department did their job nicely was happy only with that.

Nice and comfortable place to stay. Friendly staffs, near rooms and decent food. Kids enjoyed the activities in the play area.
