Grand Palace Hotel & Spa

Property is over all very nice. With great views on two side. Great stay. Davidson was very helpful and friendly to my kid. The food options are aplenty. Pool could have been little bigger. The check in/ check out time i guess wud b better if it wer check in at 12 and check out at 10. For people coming from Bengaluru this wud giv the property edge over Kodaikanal and ooty.

Food, hospitality, ambience, baby friendly …everything was excellent.. Our stay with. 2 year old was smooth . Staff is very helpful and friendly in nature . Baby food was complimentary They have 2 restaurants with 4.5 rating Veg options are less though Would like to visit this place again

David son help so much, we really appreciated and wish to come over next time. Immediate response and supportive. The food was great we had a great view the receptionist also helped us alot .the climate was good it was kids freindly we really had so much fun Thanks

Great stay with a fabulous view and a great breakfast buffet as complimentary. Was welcome with a smiling face by the employees of the place and a perfect place to stay with your family and loved ones and thank you, David for your wonderful hospitality. Kudos to the grand place team.

Neat and clean. View was good and provided a nice breakfast in morning. High cost food in restaurant but quality was good. Infinity swimming pool concept was too good. Need much maintenance in water in swimming pool, not clean enough. Luxury stay for couples. Service was good by staff.

The ambience, stay and rooms were splendid. My husband and I were planning a getaway for a long time and Yercaud was the right place and in that grand palace was the ideal stay ever. The food was so yummy. The rooms were super clean and tidy. The staff were excellent, namely Nithya and Dhilip Kumar, all of them were hospitable and courteous. All sight seeing places were nearby the hotel. It was a 5 star stay. Honestly we didn’t wanna come back. Overall, please choose grand palace for your stay in Yercaud

We had a great experience. The view, food and activities all were good. Member of staff Davidson helped us a lot. The staff at restaurant Orange was also nice and cordial. We enjoyed the evening activities, indoor and outdoor games for kids, the pool and the view from our room a lot. Highly recommend the place.

Very pleasant stay with a fantastic view and great staff. Mr.Davidson’s(bellboy)service was very good. The hotel had arrange for a trekking at a beautiful mountain top view led by Mr.Nithin which was an amazing experience. Will definitely recommend to friends and family
