Location very good. Room is huge. Cleanliness 10/10 recomended to stay here. Staff very friendly and helpfull.

Very nice hotel compared to other high end I stayed in Yerevan. Reasonably priced for the room type , location and services. Only downside is the gym which needs some TLC.. so if you are not a gym fan then this is the best choice in Yerevan

The hotel's location is ideal. The room's design is aesthetically pleasing and generously sized. However, there were issues with the bathroom's plumbing, the air conditioning unit's noise levels, and the comfort of the bed due to the noticeable springs.

Great hotel and location..biggest room I ever stayed in Yerevan.. Very comfy bed and spacious bathroom Didn't try breakfast.. Overall great all, only area of improvement would be the noisy air conditioning but winter is coming anyway

Excellent location and service

Hotel is helpful and friendly. Quick service. Front desk help me booking taxi. They explained to me all the hotel services clearly. I dont use any hotel facilities. I had 1 time breakfast on 1st day arrival. Food is variety and good. Hotel is walking distance to Cascade and city centre. City is safe and alive at night. Cascade can be seen from hotel window Many restaurants/cafe walking distance from hotel open morning till 11pm. Very convenient.

酒店離階梯景點很近，周邊的也有超市和餐館，算是方便的。房間的舒適度一般，雖然有廚房設定，但並不鼓勵客人使用。房間的燈光比較暗，設施有點殘舊。員工的服務還算不錯，有問必答，但不會主動的幫忙提行李和打招呼的。他們為了省事，還準備了一張Q&A給客人自己方便查看。樓下大堂就有ATM方便取款，還行。

Один из самых любимых отелей в Ереване . Расположение отличное, все в шаговой доступности, завтрак на веранде с прекрасным видом на Каскад, обслуживание выше всяких похвал. В час ночи попросили еще одно полотенце- мгновенно принесли. Мы прилетели ранним рейсом и думали что делать в ожидании номера. Нам сразу предложили позавтракать и постарались приготовить номер как можно быстрее. Завтраки намного лучше чем даже в известных сетевых отелях, все как то по домашнему гостепреимно. Жила уже 3 раза и приеду еще. Спасибо!

Отель неплохой, расположение отличное. На крыше отеля находится sky bar с красивым видом. Один раз оплатили завтрак, так как нам нужно было рано утром покушать. Завтра в целом разнообразный, вкусный, все необходимое было. У нас был номер улучшенный номер. Довольно чисто, кровать и подушки - неудобные. В душевой вытекала вода на пол, и полотенце для ног просто промокало насквозь. В номере уборку производили каждый день, меняли полотенца. Но постельное белье не менялось, но мы остались на 3 ночи только, поэтому не критично было. В целом неплохой, чтоб остаться на несколько ночей.
