The location is excellent—convenient yet surprisingly quiet. The food at the hotel’s restaurant exceeded my expectations and was one of the highlights of my stay. My only minor complaint is that the hallway was quite dark, which made it feel a little unwelcoming, especially at night.

Very nice hotel which combines modern style and old teaditions. Owner family famous for traditional carpet manufacturing. They have collection which pieces they shoewd in hotel hall . Also rooms are dexorated with carpets. This is unique and presents you armenian culture in details.

Unique and beautiful interior design and historical architecture.

Отель раздает личные вещи посторонним и игнорирует официальные письма! / Unsafe and unprofessional hotel: Staff gives guests' expensive belongings to strangers and IGNORES messages! Текст: We stayed at this hotel at the end of July. The reception staff showed terrible negligence and, without our knowledge or consent, gave my daughter's expensive forgotten belongings (AirPods Max) to a local stranger! But the most outrageous thing is the reaction of the management. In response to two official emails requesting to investigate the situation and provide an answer, the hotel administration preferred to simply IGNORE us and remain silent! Total ignorance of a client who left a huge amount of money in this hotel. Security is at zero, service is at the level of a roadside motel. If you do not want your belongings to be given to the first person they meet, and the management pretends that you do not exist, never choose this hotel.

Этот отель на 90% сделал наш отдых, в него обязательно вернусь - стильный, чистый, с потрясающим персоналом.

Отель в самом центре, зарегистрировали мгновенно, стильный просторный номер с большой удобной кроватью, всеми необходимым путешественнику принадлежностями и хорошей косметикой

Жили джуниор Сьют, Двое суток, Отель выходит окнами и балконом на стройку, Долбят и строят С 8 утра. Попросили менеджмент отеля заменить номер но нам отказали. Переехали в отель Рамада очень довольны.

Все шикарно , заселили раньше на 4 часа хороший приветливый персонал) Обязательно вернусь
