I’ve been to this hotel as it was new and it changed a lot. The staff wasn’t very helpful in solving the problems and not very friendly as well. The breakfast has changed a lot. Now it’s a good hostel breakfast but not a 4-star hotel breakfast. The windows can’t be opened properly.

The hotel is so clean and neat. The staff’s behaviour is so nice and polite. We had a good welcome by the staff, serving us with free apple juice and also free coffee. It’s located very close to the republic square ( 10 min. walking) and also everything is available.

I had a wonderful stay at Nova hotel. The hotel was clean, the staff were incredibly kind, breakfast was good, prices were reasonable and the location was perfect. I was going through a tough time due to the war in my home country, Iran, and the warmth and care I received here truly made a difference. Thank you for the comfort and kindness — it meant more than words can say.

Terrible; we booked a balcony room only to find, on our arrival, that it had been let to someone else. Two members of staff tried to gaslight us about our booking - they suggested we try somewhere else, which we did much to their surprise and annoyance, before demanding a refund on the spot. Having visited 155 countries this is only the second time this has happened. A very poor experience all round.

I wouldn't go near this hotel which is not welcoming for western guests but only Russian oriented. We were woken up at 1 am by guests throwing a party. The hotel manager, Artur, didn't even make the effort to speak to us. Then he finally said: every guest comes for different reason for a holiday. They just don't care. It took them hours to move us to a different room. My advice? Don't go near if you come from a western county. It's horrible and you'll be woken up by Russian drunk guests and the hotel staff won't care.

I had a wonderful experience in this hotel. It is located in a quiet and silent place in the city centre, that gives a feeling of comfort and safety. The staff is extremely kind and always ready to help. Shuttle service: top quality pick-up and drop-off service to/from the airport.

The hotel is very clean. Excellent breakfast variety and quality, excellent staff behavior, very good housekeeping service. The facilities of the rooms are complete and the lobby area is quiet and safe The location of the hotel is also good. I recommend this hotel to couples and families
