There were constant water sounds in the room, which I believe were coming from the sewage pipes, affecting the comfort during the stay. As for cleanliness, despite requesting room cleaning and arrangement several times, it was not done. The open buffet lacked suitable food options for Muslims, or there were no clear indications about halal options. However, all other services provided were generally good

Everything was fine, but the heating does not work in the cold
Maybe will be a bit better if the staff can speak english, this area is very basic for foreigners. I can boom again, the place was clean and good food.

The place is clean, the staff is excellent, and the breakfast is excellent. I did not face a problem with the hotel, and it is close to shops. I recommend staying there.
