Room quite small but has everything you need. All clean tho the toilet room could do with a paint. People ringing the bell and whistling outside upto my room at midnight was a bit daunting with being on my own. The staircase had a bit of a strange smell but overall a decent place

Minging room to be honest Staines on walls .. wall paper hanging off All chrome rusty Shower door covered in grime on seals Whole place had a wierd smell and extractor fan rattled all night. Avoid

I would not advise staying here theirs is a reason it’s cheap !! From the email prior to arrival asking for my driving licence number ?? On arrival there is no one to greet you , it was pouring down I was drenched and had to call a number to gain access , I was the directed to the wrong room after 4 attempts to put in the number I was told to go to a different room ! The room it self was scruffy with the shower in the bedroom , the toilet walls had the paper peeling off and a lot of signs of damp , the welcome pack state no alcohol or you will be charged £25 cleaning fee ? No take away not sure if that includes other food ! However they have a selection of takeaway menus available? I didn’t inspect the bedding to closely but threw the dirty brown cushion snd blankets on the floor On the plus the tea provided was good but why have a fridge on the floor ? In summary I would never go here again

Contact prior to my stay was a little problematic but on the day itself the people I spoke to were friendly and very helpful

Difficult to objectively rate but I'll try. Checking in was an experience as this building was not hosted. I received no notifications prior to arrival and I had to call to get codes to get in. The 'key' was located in the room. If you didn't have a phone then try there was no way to get entry! The room was okay. An oil column heater was provided as central heating didn't work. Room was not serviced during the three day stay. To He curtains were not blackout and a bright streetlight outside the room severely restricted sleep comfort. Overall adequate but I wouldn't stay again.

Before I went I phoned the owner to ask what floor we were on told first floor one lot of stairs when we arrived phoned number on the door got told go around the back key keeper number opened the door straight into a bedroom ground floor the bathroom was a joke mold on the wooden blinds and window sill mold on the right side of bathroom wall behind a wooden wardrobe in the bathroom black mold the floor had not been cleaned for ages between the shower and wardrobe there was four pieces of metal sticking out mold on the shower head tried to run a shower no hot water so I ran a bath three inches of luke warm water no sign of anyone to talk to phone number no answer absolutely rubbish it was more like staying in a shed I will be getting intouch with the hotel inspector and public health to get them to investigate unable to add photos what a surprise

I didn't like anything I was told I would be on the first floor double bed but when I got there the owner said go round the back and gave me the key safe code which opened on a bedroom on the ground floor the bathroom was moldy and dirty I am reporting it to the council environmental and hotel inspector don't go pay the extra for a better hotel

Slept here for a few hours and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and amazing service from Ismail and Kay. All were very helpful and was offered an upgraded room and parking. Thanks! I was given two codes for the main and bedroom doors which was easy enough to use and access. There were no en-suite rooms left at the time but that was not a problem as my room had a sink, kettle and even a fridge with usual tea and coffee sachets as well as plenty of towels and small individual tubes of shower gels and etc. I will return because Ismail was so helpful! Well done!

The WORST customer service experience I have ever had in all my 32 years. I'll admit I never take time to write reviews but this has been so bad with this B&B i wanted to warn others. My Dad bought us a buy a gift voucher for Christmas to have a child free night away. We booked one night on Friday 17th March which we were looking forward to but my daughter was sent home from nursery 4pm the day before, Thursday, she was pretty sick (she also couldn't go back to nursery Friday and had no-one who could have her the whole day) so unfortunately we no longer could go away. I called them multiple times with no answer so messaged the hotel on WhatsApp asking if we could please swap the dates due to circumstances out our control . I was ignored until Tuesday 21st even though my messages were read the same day. They said if they'd have known the night before they could have helped which was odd because I had called and messaged multiple times on the Thursday (the day before!!), this is when they ignored me for good. Disgusting customer service and now wasted £90 of my dad's money due to their incompetence. AVOID!!
