Beware! I had booked an extra night via ******* after staying 2 nights already, downgrading to a less expensive room. The woman working the front desk said don't worry about changing rooms, just stay in my current room and they would upgrade me at the lower rate. Very nice, I thought. However, after seeing my credit card bill, they had charged me the full rate for the room (double what I expected) - after calling them about the charge, the man I spoke to said no one ever told me I would be upgraded. He wasn't there when I was promised the upgrade, but he insisted that would never happen. So, a big bait & switch. There are other places to stay in the Joshua Tree area without this type of B.S. - avoid this place.
