We had a room with bathtube with fascinating view straight on mountain. However, hotel location is not that great but taxi is cheap. Breakfast was ok and overall it was not cheap, but the view definitely worth money we paid. However, our experience was negative due to receptionist staff because we even had to skip journey to Snow Jade Mountain (we asked staff in Wechat to help us to book cabblecar to Glacier, but at first they replied that only WeChat payment is allowed and when we answered that we can give cash only they told us to come to reception at 20:00, but when we came at 20:21 we were told that it is too late now and been offered to make purchase for the day after.). Later that evening we asked to help to top up our AliPay for 100yuan bill, but been told that they got no money on AliPay and offered us to visit shops at area or restaurants and ask help there. I am not sure if those requests are something but we had never had to skip adventure we planned and in previous hotels in China we could not imagine that request in 4star hotel for giving 100 yuan for transferring 100 yuan in Alipay might be rejected

Stayed at Twin Room with Snow Mountain View and the nice view of the mountain sunrise was as promised. Voice-controlled operation of the curtains were very convenient. Rooms are clean and adequately equipped.
Special thanks to the hotel front desk for helping us to find transport the railway station. We did not pre-arrange with them the day before thinking that we would be able to find transport on DiDi. However there were no drivers available when we were checking out and the train departure time was drawing close.
Thanks to the hotel's help we were able to get to the railway station on time.
