オテル ルレ デトレタ(Hotel Relais d'Etretat)

Excellent value for money, motel well placed for a stop on our route. We were greeted by a very pleasant young lady who checked us in. Our room was spotlessly clean albeit compact, there was everything required including tea and coffee making facilities Complimentary shower gel and soap and towels. Bed was comfy and the place was quiet when we were there. Full of a lot of French workers. Restaurant was very very good. The place is a mile walk downhill to the centre of Bolbec.

This was a really useful stop over for us. Good prices. Rooms small but adequate. Our bed had a good mattress but my grown up son had a very lumpy mattress and found it hard to sleep on it. Staff lovely. Hated the dominant turquoise colour in the room- but that is personal preference! Needed more body wash in room. Bottles tiny , Also more drinks sachets would have been useful. Location perfect. Safe parking. Very dog friendly.

OK, so it's a motel and the rooms are small (reflecting the age and style of the building) but they have been redecorated and have most of the facilities you would hope for. If you stay regularly and have a loyalty card you're entitled to various perks (eg, free aperitif after 5 visits). There is also a demi-pension option, though it's more expensive at the weekends. The cuisine has really developed over the last few years and is much more interesting than one might expect for a modest motel; the breakfast is varied too. Parking is on-site though not secured. Wi-fi works. And it's nice to be recognised and welcomed when the 'patron' is at reception even if we haven't been for some time. Access from the west is better now that there is a new roundabout on the main road. For us it's a good place to break the journey on a 550 mile trip.

It is amazing! It is well located with on site parking. Excellent breakfast and clean room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It is very close to a couple of supermarkets.

Very clean and confort room. Excelent value for the price. It has a restaurant which closes late, and the food is magnificent, not an easy thing to find. Stayed here to visit Le Havre, it is a 15 minute drive.
