ロッジ ハラ オアシス(Lodge Hara Oasis)

Of all the places we stayed during our month in Morocco the Hara Oasis was by far the best. We could find no fault with any aspect of our stay. The charming owner Juan has a light touch and leaves the day to day running to his amazing manager Mohammed. This lovely man took care of our every need and nothing was too much trouble. Added to that the room was a delight and the food was the best we had in Morocco. Finally we should mention our guide Abdou Inaame who kindly took us through the oasis to visit the kasbah in his village and to meet his family. The approach to the Hara Oasis leaves one wondering where on earth you are going, but stick with it, you will be richly rewarded.

This little hotel has the most amazing location! We didn’t know where we were going as our driver wove his way through a ruined Kasbah just outside Agdz. Bleached white walls tumbling down, leaning date palms, narrow sandy track through abandoned buildings. Quite something! The hotel itself is simple, we were ok there. Please note there is no bar or alcohol on the premises. The food was well presented and generous. There is no choice. Breakfast was a bit of a shambles! There were many European guests who all seemed quite happy. Extraordinary view from the restaurant! The river is completely dry so there is no swimming.

My wife and I have stayed in Agdz dozens of times over the years and Hara Oasis is the fourth different accommodation we've stayed in and is by far the best. It has a superb location right on the bank of the Draa river and offers fantastic views of the impressive Jbel Kissane mountain and the surrounding palm groves. It is a photographer's delight! The property itself is interesting with lots of terraces and salons along with the comfortable bedrooms that all surround a beautiful garden - all tastefully decorated. The breakfast is good and dinner amazing. The owners are experts on southern Morocco and were able to give great advice on places to visit that are well off the usual tourist routes. We were recommended this property years ago and finally got to stay there and enjoyed every minute. In fact, we had originally booked to stay for two nights, but extended to four as there was so much to do. Thanks Juan, Najat and team!

A beautiful place nestled in the heart of wild and pristine nature. Arriving and staying there was a rare and powerful experience that my family and I will never forget. HERA was without a doubt one of the highlights of our trip to Morocco. This is a place that when you get there you feel like we have found exactly what we were looking for and basically what we dream of finding in every trip

Surrounded by palms and crossing an ancient village, the Hara Oasis hotel is a true wonder. The rooms are comfortable, has a cozy restaurant, good food, very helpful personnel. But above all, the whole ambience invites you to relax and enjoy this oasis.

Très bel endroit situé dans un environnement exceptionnel. Nous n'avons pas apprécié que le porteur de bagages roule nos valises dans les excréments d'animaux qui trainent partout sans que personnes ne ramasse. Le wifi n'est disponible que devant la porte du bureau du directeur où aucun aménagement n'est disponible pour s'asseoir. Bref, cet endroit qui devait être un point fort du voyage nous a un peu déçu.

Magnifique de l'explication du chemin compliqué d'accès, à l'accueil, aux pavillons, aux salles de bain, aux repas et petit déjeuner, aux paons, au cadre. PARFAIT et pour un prix plus que compétitif. Avoir l'audace de s'engager sur le chemin tortueux en suivant les fils téléphoniques est une excellente mise en route

Vue paradisiaque sur l'oasis et la montagne. Accueil extrêmement gentil. Dîner gargantuesque. Service extrêmement prévenant. Chambre parfaite. A ne surtout pas rater. On aurait aimé rester plus longtemps...

Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans ce Lodge, l accueil de Mohamed et son équipe est chaleureux : le monsieur du carrossa est adorable, l equipe en cuisine est charmante et communique tres bien même si nous ne parlons pas la même langue. Nous avons aimé nous trouver dans un lieu qui nous rappelle l Afrique ( son architecture, Deco, photos) , les chambres sont simples mais il ne manque rien. Il y a de nombreux salons et coins ouverts ou fermés qui permettent de s'isoler , terrasses avec vue époustouflante : ambiance relaxante , paisible . Nous pouvons noté la qualité du diner et la réactivité de l equipe pour me servir un diner végétarien signalé mais oublié. La balade du matin dans la palmeraie fut un plaisir . Mon seul bemol : pagaille de l auto service pour le petit déjeuner.
