Great modern hotel with a awesome rooftop bar, nice facilities and amazing room - we had the spacebath room and it was amazing - very futuristic, well equipped and the bath next to the window was fantastic.
Great service at front desk and the bars, very clean and we’d recommend it, definitely would stay there again in we visit again Zagreb some day.

In general a nice hotel with nice rooms and very clean. Breakfast is very good. Rooftop bar is nice. Things that are not good. Cars parked chaotically in front of hotel, outside smoking area right next to entrance, service in general is missing a smile.

Everything was good except for the fact that the only reason we booked the hotel was because of the outdoor pool on the top floor, since it’s the only one of its kind in Zagreb. Nowhere did it say that the pool would be closed when we made the booking.
What compensation did we receive? Access to a pool at another hotel. The problem was that those pools were indoors. After several complaints and calls to Trip.com, we received 15% of the booking fee back. In my opinion, that was not sufficient, but it is what it is. Everything else was fine.

Unique hotel with urban vibe, a very pleasant hotel. Fantastic breakfast, lots of options! Shout to wonderful people at the reception, they went above the call of duty! Mirna was working all 4 days at the reception and is a jewel, I would hire her tomorrow for my business in Canada, thanks Mirna!!!!!

Ok location, terrible service at reception. Nothing was in the minibar, nor could you find any drinks in the hotel after 11 PM. The receptionist suggested that I take a taxi and go to a gas station!

This hotel has several issues that affected my stay.
First, the lighting design is poor—there’s a harsh spotlight in front of the TV that is uncomfortable, yet turning it off makes the room too dark, leaving no good lighting options.
Second, the air quality is concerning. The room has visible dust floating in the air, especially under the lights, and there’s no ventilation since the windows can’t be opened. This made the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable, especially for those sensitive to air quality.
Noise pollution is another major problem. The poor soundproofing allows outside noise and hallway sounds to be clearly heard, disturbing sleep. Additionally, the duvet is unusually heavy, which may not be comfortable for all guests.
After just one night, my friend developed allergy symptoms and caught a cold, while I experienced headaches, throat discomfort, nasal congestion, and dry eyes—possibly due to the dust and poor air circulation. While the hotel looks good in photos, the actual experience was disappointing. I hope they improve air quality, cleanliness, and noise control to provide a more comfortable stay.
