イェラカス ラグジュアリー ヴィラズ(Gerakas Luxury Villas)

These villas are indeed lovely, but it was the fantastic service which made it extra special. We were a family group of 5, my husband and I, our son and his wife and our little grandson aged 3 and 9 months. We came to celebrate two special birthdays - for myself and our son. Gerakas beach was a stroll away, and we were lucky enough to see baby turtles hatch and make their way to the sea, with the help of local conservationists. The sea was beautifully clear and made for safe swimming - our little grandson achieved his first few strides without floats for the first time. The pool at the villa was spotless as it was cleaned every day, The cleanliness was pristine throughout, as the cleaner - Afridite - also came every day and was the best ever! We really felt looked after and pampered. Plus it gave me chance to practice my Greek, which I have been learning for 18 months now. And one evening, Spyros (villa owner) arranged for his mother to cook a meal. There was enough for lunch the next day and it was delicious! A huge thanks to Sofia, Afridite , Giannis (whose taverna Babis is also worth visiting) and Spyros for everything that made such a special holiday.

We just spent a fabulous week in Spyros’ villa. Everything was perfect, like a 5 stars hôtel. I can’t stop to thank Spyros and Myrsini for their warmed hospitality. The communication was super easy ( Spyros created a whatsapp group) and Myrsini helped us a lot to find the best spot of Zakhintos. This luxury villa is beautiful, decorated with a lot of style, close to a gorgeous beach ( Geradas/ 10 mn walk), in a lovely garden with a private pool, 20 mn from Zante ( you need a car). There are several areas to eat or chill outside. We had housekeeping everyday, and the villa was perfectly equipped: AC everywhere, TV, soundbar, very well fitted kitchen with all appliances you need and food ( thanks again for the welcome basket:) toiletries, towels ( they changed it)... We had a wonderful time with my family and I would strongly recommend this luxury villa! We will definitevely come back! Thank you again! Sophie and her family

Wat hebben wij genoten van deze prachtige villa liggend in een mooie omheinde tuin en met privézwembad. Vriendelijke ontvangst door Myrsini, er stond een welkomstmand en een rijk gevulde koelkast klaar voor de eerste 2 dagen, zelfs de meloen was al gesneden voor ons! Alles wat op de site aangegeven staat is ook echt aanwezig in de villa. Ook werd er nog een heerlijke ovenschotel klaargemaakt door 'mama' Sophia, de eigenaresse. Afrodite kwam ons huis elke dag schoonmaken en soms werden we verrast met de handdoeken mooi opgemaakt op bed met zelfgeplukte bloemetjes uit de tuin, zelfs de afwasmachine werd nog uitgeruimd en de gebruikte bbq schoongemaakt. Enige nadeel is dat de ligging helemaal zuidelijk is, om ergens te komen moet je de hoofdweg meerdere malen op en neer, maar dit was goed te doen met een prachtig uitzicht op zee!

We hebben net een week Gerakas Luxery Villa(s) achter de rug. De villa en buitenomgeving is alles wat het beloofd: ruim, gezellig, verzorgd en netjes. Je voelt je welkom, alles staat klaar (ontbijt voor de eerste ochtend, koffie/thee). De persoonlijke ‘touch’ maakt dat je je heel welkom voelt. Zo bakte de moeder van de eigenaar (Spiros) een heerlijke cake voor ons en kwam een maaltijd brengen. Zo lief. De natuur in de omgeving is prachtig, het strand vlakbii. Ik kom zeker terug.
