Lovely hotel in a quieter part of Zakopane but still easy short walk to the town centre as well as the area around the ski jump. It's also on a doorstep to some waking trails. We enjoyed the breakfast spread, so much choice! The pool was a hit with the kids in our party. There's also bowling and kids room in the hotel. Parking charge is extra. Would stay again.

This is our second stay at the Hotel Belvedere and to be honest it did not disappoint us in any way. A fast and very efficient check in process that took less than 10 minutes, friendly and professional staff to greet us and most of all a very welcoming reception area. The family room was large, clean, and offered us a decent size balcony overlooking some trees and a pathway. Large windows fitted with net curtains afforded more privacy. Tea and coffee making facilities were readily available as was a fridge. Good Wi-Fi was also available. My main comment is the excellent food selection at our chosen level of half-board. Typical Polish fayre, European dishes and a plethora of desserts to satisfy any requirement. Special selections for children were available and proved to be a hit with my son! The jacuzzi and waterslide are very popular. A large swimming pool was clean and very warm. Underground car parking is available, and vehicles were well sheltered and warm. Parking staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is situated some 15 minutes' walk from the centre of Zakopane. Very direct and only three pedestrian crossings to traverse. In summary, an exceptionally good hotel for both winter and summer breaks that offers high quality and friendly staff. We will be choosing this hotel again during the winter season.

Great hotel, fantastic rooms, service and facilities, especially for families with kids. Great location too, a few steps from the Bialy Potok Trail, which in 15 minutes takes you to the Tatrzanski Park Edukacyjny (local zoo) and Wielka Krokiew area. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning soon.

Nice hotel with good location, only 15 minutes of walk form Main street Krupówki. Nice Spa and wellness. It couls be waemer water in the pools. Indoor playground for Kids is fine, but not excellent. Animations and kids cinema only in Polish. Very good food, a lot of varietes during breakfast, nice dinners. You need to pay extra fee for parking in hotel's garage.

Hotel is large but feels cozy. Breakfast was great with large variety. Maybe not a gourmet but many choices, including a kids corner, and a good value for $. The pool with the slide is a great option for an indoors kids activity on a bad weather day. The hotel is a little off the main touristic center, about 15-20min walk, for good or for bad. There is a parking charge (as listed in their details). Some staff was very friendly and helpful despite language barrier. Some not so much. In one case I asked for a towel from a rack, an employee said "No English. Reception" and turned his back to me. Another lady immediately tried to help though. Regarding the pool, the sitting area is quite small, I asked an employee about chairs when non were available and he said that this is it and I have to wait. Later I figured that there is an additional sitting area upstairs. So why not saying that? Still I would recommend, I think this hotel is a decent value for money. Could be excellent but was just great.

Absolutely marvelous staff ,accommodation perfect,food delicious with a great variety, that's breakfast aswell. Lots of activities, spa,gym,and extras with beautiful surroundings of mountains lots of places to walk lakes,cable lift to of mountain.

Hotel is in great location just 15 minutes walk and 5 minutes by car to main street of Zakopane. Inside of hotel is really nice furnitured in luxury old fashioned way. All services are great, food is so delicious especially breakfast with large selection of food. Wellness area is really interesting with pools not great only for kids but also for adults. I would really recommend this hotel.

It was our second stay at this hotel and overall impression is very good. Breakfast and dinners are rich and tasty, lots of varieties, restorante stuff is excellent. Swimming pool is a great addition to the nice stay. Location of the hotel is also a bonus for those who come for ski course at Nosal ski resort. However there are things to be improved. When we have arrived after quite a long and tiring drive we were told quite categorically by one of the receptionist that the rest of the payment must be paid immediatelly. The hotel already received our deposit payment, so our credit card was locked in the system. We even have not seen the room, kids and the laggage were still in the car...and yet the receptionist quite unfriendly and demanding was insisting on immediate clearance of the balance. Why not to give an option to pay later the same day? Or better at the end of people's stay as in most of the hotels is not clear. Having such a 'reception' left bad taste in my mouth and even now after almost two week I remember it. Otherwise great place to where we most likely come back again

It's a very classy, well maintained hotel, located a short walk from the busy downtown area. They had gourmet buffet breakfasts and dinners with fresh, hot food and an amazing variety. The staff were professional, polite and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and modern. I enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna after a long day of hiking. I highly recommend this hotel.
