One word: IPIS (COCKROACH) At least 6 that I killed during my overnight stay. They might have given us the worst possible room available, with deteriorated wood panels on the walls and scary shower setup! This place should be shutdown for various health code violations. The floor was wet in the hallways and some part of the ceiling was leaking around the hallways in the morning after the rain overnight. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My major regret is that I didn't even take pictures or record a video clip to properly show people (and probably save them the nightmare of an experience) current conditions of this God-forsaken "business hotel"- if you could even call it that! STAY AWAY IF YOU DON'T WANT BUG BITES THE NEXT DAY AFTER SLEEPING HERE!

Never again that we will check in with this property...Room too hot....Dusty, cockroches are everywhere, construction even at night. Unpleasant smell. No free bottled water or coffee even if their rates are higher the others nearby like Ever O. This hotel needs a major make over.

we booked via Agoda for our accommodation for Zamboanga Visit, there was a misrepresentation on the room type, we were looking for a room with three single beds, Agoda, showed this hotel with an affordable price. However, upon arrival, the room for three was in a different price, which was higher compared on the Agoda website. upon discussion with Agoda and the Hotel representative. Marcian Business Hotel accommodated our request to have the room without paying the price difference. The hotel values its commitment to the hotel guests.
