Although the hotel has potentials to be a very good one, the fact that there is service only for very few hrs per day and without any actual support, makes it terrible! We arrived at ~9.30 and we had to do a self check-in, which was easy and the issue with non-working card solved relatively easy. When we entered the room and opened the sofa bed, we realized 1) there is no space left to move around the beds and 2) there were no sheets, pillow cases and blankets for the sofa bed. As there was no reception service or anyone else at the property, we call the "emergency" line to ask for a solution. After 1,5hrs and 10-12 phones calls they informed us that they could reach neither the property responsible nor the manager. Needless to say that in the meantime they never called us back for feedback and I had to call them back ALWAYS. It was already 11.00 with two young kids, after 8hrs driving! Only when I said that I am going to the police station for a report, someone called back and told us that there was a cupboard with some extra stuff that we could get on our own... They also provide an open parking space, on almost muddy soil, accessible by anyone (on foot), that they charge €12,5/day. Did I also mention that from time to time, the bathroom was stinκing?
