これは私たちのスイス旅行全体で最高のホテルです。妻はこのホテルをとても気に入っており、私も同じです。とても静かなホテルですが、必要なものはすべて揃っています。スパ施設があり、とてもモダンなデザインで、一日の終わりにはリラックスできるエリアです。私たちはバーにも行きました。バーで働いていた女性はフレンドリーでプロフェッショナルです。彼女はハウス赤ワインと一緒にお勧めします。ぜひお見逃しなく。それは私が持っていた最高のワインの一つです。ツェルマットを訪れる際は、このホテルをお見逃しなく。夏にまた行きます。

部屋はとても素敵で居心地が良かったです。スパ施設があり、素晴らしい朝食を取り揃えています。 ホテルからバス停までは徒歩 5 分で、中心部やスキーリフトへは無料でアクセスできます。 ホテルでは到着時と出発時の無料ピックアップサービスを提供しています。

とても良いサービスと良いスタッフ

前台小姐姐很熱情，入住之前沙發床均已鋪好。房間風景特別棒，設計也很特別。早飯也不錯，晚上睡覺特別安靜，非常不錯的入住體驗

酒店草地上抬頭清晰可見馬特洪峯，景色無敵。有免費SPA區，房間很乾凈，設施也很新。唯一不足之處是我們訂了三間房，衹有一間陽台可見馬特洪峯，其實酒店有很多房間是朝向馬特洪峯。總之，總體還挺好。

The Hemizeus hotel is very clean, charming, relaxing, and quiet. We enjoyed our time relaxing on our room’s patio and at the spa. The staff were very helpful with our requests/questions and we appreciated the shuttle service to and from the Zermatt station.

We did half board (breakfast/dinner) and the food here was phenomenal! One of our party is a vegetarian and they took great care of her. The electric hotel shuttle picked us up at Speiss and brought us to the hotel when we arrived and then vice versa when we left. This is free. Just beware that that’s the only thing the shuttle does. The rest of the time you have to use public buses (close at 8ish) or pay 20-30 franc for a taxi. The ski in is a bit sketchy and requires advanced skill, especially when it’s icy. The ski out of the hotel to the nearest gondola is pretty easy. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the hot tub or whirlpool wasn’t really hot enough. Everything else was wonderful.

Ski-in / ski-out! Hotel Hemizeus is the perfect choice if you prioritize skiing. Our room Alpine Suite no 21 had a master bedroom, a cozy living room with a table for four and bunk beds for the kids (our children are 11 and 13 years old). Newly refurbished rooms with lots of storage space and room for a family of four. A small vibrant hotel bar, lounge area and really delicious breakfast buffet and restaurant. Thank you @hemizeus and team for making us feel so welcome, see you again soon. We always arrive by car and since Zermatt is car-free, we use Taxi & Parking Christophe. They park our car and organize all transport to the hotel.

We ate with friends at the restaurant "Genepy" which is the restaurant of this hotel. We took a place at the terrace, everything from the location to the service and the food was amazing. We firstly had the burata salad and the chevice to share and after the fillet of pitch and the beef fillet , great first product and an incredible cooking. Inam dropping you the photo of the starters because after the food was looking so good that no one could wait for me to take pictures. The dessert and the home made Genepy was the perfect ending, all in all a great evening. Thank you hemizeus team, you guys are great 🤗

Rooms were clean and big enough. View from the terrace was amazing. Food was fantastic. Staff was super kind. Only 20 min walk from the shopping area but far enough to enjoy a peaceful place. We had a great stay and will come back. One of the best hôtel we have been to.

The Palazzo’s have made a great life here, and it shows. Britta, Daniella, Sergio, Philip, Agatha, Matheus, and the rest of the staff were amazing. Would not stay anywhere else. And it was lot just because we lucked out on great snow! Danke/grazia/merci Eddie and Ian

We loved this hotel. We ended up on a train that arrived 1.5 hours earlier than expected and the kind person at the front desk was still able to accommodate us by picking us up earlier than expected at the train station. The train station is at one of town and this hotel is at the other end of town. There is a free public bus that loops the town where you can get on and off, but we honestly never needed it. It's about a 20 minute walk to the main area of town. The best part about the location of the hotel is that it is only about a 10 minute walk to the ski lift ticket office, the Matterhorn Glacier Express gondola lift and Dorsaz ski rentals and storage. If you rent skis at Dorsaz, overnight ski storage is free so you aren't hauling your skis back and forth to the hotel. If you don't rent at Dorsaz, there is small charge to store skis. The hotel spa is very nice. It was open from around 2pm-7pm each day. There are 2 saunas, a steam room, a whirlpool foot bath, a whirlpool and a relaxation room with a view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast was delicious with eggs, bacon, pastries, fruit, yogurt, cheeses, cereal and even fresh squeezed orange juice. Shampoo/Body wash is provided in each room as well as a hair dryer. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful and we would definitely return.

Comfortable, stylish rooms, delicious supper and breakfast, lovely lazy lounge in the spa. Friendly, fun and professional bar staff let us have a little boogie after supper! With service like this i would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would like to return one day. Bravo

Free pick up from the train station was great. It was our first trip to Zermatt and we would never have found the hotel otherwise. The hotel welcome at reception was lovely and very imformative. The room was massive and we had a seperate sitting room with a kitchen area which we did not expect. The food was perfect all week and the restaurant had a great view of the Matterhorn. The ski to the piste and also the return route in the evening was rather difficult and certainly not for inexperienced skiers. Snow cover was minimal so we could not ski down the road at all and had to navigate a very narrow, icy path, a farmyard and a steep field. Apart from this it was a great stay
