Very good to live with family, although a bit far from train station. Room is very clean and big.

このホテルは、コスト、設備、マッターホルンの眺めの点で完璧でした。部屋は狭かったですが、ちょうどよくて居心地がよかったです。シャワーもお湯も出て良かったです。バルコニーからの眺めは素晴らしく、ツェルマットとマッターホルンが見渡せました。必ず戻ってきます!!!

素晴らしいロケーションと価格の価値。部屋は居心地が良く、ベッドが 2 台ある部屋のあるツェルマットの数少ないホテルの 1 つで、友人との旅行に最適でした。マッターホルンの素晴らしい景色と、含まれているビュッフェ式朝食は完璧で充実していました。私の意見では、このホテルの本当のセールスポイントはスパです。屋外ジャグジー付きの本当に美しいスパルームです。ゲレンデで長い一日を過ごした後に最適です。

A group of us go skiing at different resorts every year. Zermatt was way overdue. After narrowing down the choices, Capricorn was the hotel of choice for our group of 9 people from both sexes. Everyone was super happy with the choice and here's why... 1) super short walk to the bus that can take us to any of the starting points (gondola, funicular, train). We walked with skis and boots daily with no issues. 2) Beautiful and unobstructed view of the Matterhorn 3) Walking distance to the more busy & noisy section of the village. 4) elevator 5) ski storage and boot warmers 6) friendly and helpful staff 7) Wellness area with infrared room, sauna, steam room, hot tub. It has a lounge area and shower too. 8) hot chocolate, coffee, a bar area available for the guests throughout the day. 9) comfortable and clean rooms. 10) SUPERB breakfast with warm and cold dishes.

A wonderful experience overall. Clean, peaceful, comfortable, with a delicious breakfast buffet included every morning and great spa facilities (hot tub overlooking the Matterhorn, cedar sauna and steam room, etc.) We could walk into town or to the ski shuttle in ＜5 mins but leave our windows open at night in total quiet and peace. Felt like excellent value for the price as well. We’ll come again!

Very nice and comfortable hotel with spacious room with magnificent and light views. Clean, calm, great breakfast and almost in the center. Great wellness oportunities included. Nearby the skilifts and at the end of the day ideal walking distance from the final slopes and the magnificent apres-ski bar Cervo. When we come back we’ll book here again.

Outstanding experience. The staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the view was great, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We loved at the end of the day being able to use the spa -- sauna, steamroom, outdoor IR sauna, and outdoor hot tub. They also arranged an excellent sports massage in the massage room for my aching legs. Lower level secure storage area for skiis with heated boot drying racks. 5 minute walk to town; far enough away that it was quiet but close access. Room had a comfortable sitting area. They provided simple things that made life easier ie coffee machine in lobby and honor system snacks. Was delighted with the stay.

They’re not kidding about the Matterhorn view from this delightful Zermatt hotel. When we arrived on a full moon just after sunset I couldn’t believe the luminous blue of this iconic snowcapped peak, front and centre of our room’s balcony. The room was also very spacious with a good sized bathroom. Capricorn seemed like a friendly place, with plenty of hiking info available, an honesty bar and coffee machine in the foyer, and plenty of shared spaces to hang around in. The bed was comfy and breakfast was great. In a quieter area of the village about 10 min walk from the train station. Highly recommended
