張家界棲石裏洞穴民宿（張家界国立森林公園標誌門）

It was a lovely stay. The hotel is super modern and only a 10-minute walk to the park entrance, which was very convenient. The staff were extremely attentive, and I even received a complimentary room upgrade. I stayed for four nights and everything went perfectly. I am very satisfied with my experience and truly recommend this hotel. After long walks in the park, the pool was essential for my muscle recovery. A special thanks to Sunny, who speaks English very well and helped me a lot on my first day there :)

We stayed at Zhangjiajie Qishi Li Cave Homestay (National Forest Park Flagship Store) with my daughter and son, and we had a truly wonderful experience. From the very beginning, the service was excellent – they arranged a smooth pickup from the airport and even took care of our drop-off at the railway station. The staff also went above and beyond by helping us with ticket reservations for both the National Park and the Grand Canyon, which made our trip so much easier and stress-free. The property itself is beautiful and ideally located close to the parks, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Everything was spotless and well maintained, and the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. The pool and the unique cave on the property are truly impressive highlights that make this homestay stand out. Although we could only stay for two nights due to our tight schedule, we definitely hope to return someday and stay longer. What made the experience extra special were the people working there – everyone was extremely friendly, supportive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel at home and well cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

We had a very comfortable stay here at the newly opened Cave Homestay. Room was spacious with excellent view of the mountains and the hotel garden. Prime location with easy access to the National Park. Delicious breakfast - compliments to the Chef. Excellent service from Manager Mr Zhang and the lovely butler Ms Shuang. Availability of washing machine & dryer gives an added convenience. Would definitely recommend for Zhangjiajie National Park visitors.

i gave 4/5 for amenities only because wifi was not consistent for me to watch movie on my laptop otherwise , everything is exceptional, special thanks to staff - 慢慢 who assisted me on everything, quick response via wechat (with translation)  free self laundry is a plus

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional! The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond for us — truly available 24/7 and always ready to help with a smile. Their service felt personal and genuine. The food was delicious, and they offer great Western options for guests who prefer non-Asian cuisine. Honestly, the experience was perfect. My rating is 1000/10.
