素晴らしい滞在でした。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切で、本当に楽しい旅行になりました。部屋とアメニティはすべてモダンで清潔で快適でした。今後の張家口滞在はすべてここになります！

Room was warm and stuffy. Staff did not mention the air conditioner was not in use prior to check in. There werent enough ventilation through the night as there only one small window that could be opened, and there’s an air purifier, which they mentioned could function as a fan but with minimal efficacy. Staff did mention about changing room at night when we informed then it was warm, but we dont think that would make any difference at all. All in all, we suggest they provide a proper electric fan which serves a good alternative to switching off the main air conditioner due to autumn.

This was the best hotel I've stayed at in China. It's even better than hotels that were 4 times the price. The attention to detail in the rooms was excellent. My favorite amenities were the pillow/mattress menu, free soap scrubber in the shower, open concept bathroom. I was also please that the hotel provided a small air conditioner (since it's late October, the hotel's system was set to heat instead is cool) and I was able to sleep in 20 degree comfort. Also, the hotel had free wine tasting! Also, the restaurant was delicious (expensive, but worth it!).

The staffs were readily available to help and the ambulance was really nice. I enjoyed my stay so much at the hotel I definitely recommend

Overall, great service. Friendly staff from start to finish, large clean and comfortable rooms, and a great restaurant. Will definitely return on my next trip to Zhangjiakou.

The hotel is really clean and the services are up to par. My friend and I got executive lounge and it took forever for them to check up in because we were foreigners. When we were finally checked it. We decided to stay longer as we were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the space, but we were declined at the front desk with the excuse of my friend passport is with the immigration and she only had a visa sleep so they can’t allow us stay in their hotel longer. And they kept calling our room asking for our school’s name in chines, our home address. So many frustrating personal questions. But aside from that, they were really friendly and the place was nice, the breakfast was great as well

非常非常滿意，臨時決定張家口住一晚，選了維景，感覺裝修比較新，比較踏實。 到的時候晚上了，門口就可以找到停車位。 前台辦理入住非常快，很耐心告知各種事項， 裝修風格簡單舒服，用品齊全，床品非常舒服。 真想多住兩天。

在張家口下榻的第二個酒店，明顯比第一個上檔次，當然價格也確實擺在那，酒店外觀算是當地比較大氣的，據説還挨着市政府，所以打車或者自駕都要都調一個頭才行，服務方面大多很熱情，會主動打招呼，洗澡水差點意思，不是很熱，早餐一般，十點半結束，九點半來幾乎沒什麼了，最讚的是泳池，有成人的還有小童的，水温在28度左右，對小童很友好，泳池這裏的洗澡水倒是非常優秀！如果增加泳衣脱水的洗衣機就好了

去張家口前一天致電酒店問詢，接電話的小姐姐解答問題詳盡語氣熱情，立馬決定入住該酒店！到店後方知她是經理，在她的帶領下美女小姐姐們個個熱情周到，有求必應，安排的房間寬敞舒適，酒店的設計氣派豪華佈局合理。早歺豐盛且有當地美食。酒店的中歺廳菜品精緻味道好。再次謝謝美女張經理和前台的小姐姐們！謝謝幫忙接送行李的帥哥！謝謝客房部的姐姐！酒店的軟件硬件極佳，會推薦給身邊的親朋好友們。

旅行這麼多年，也去了不少城市和國家，可以説這是第一家讓我不想退房的酒店，太愛了🏨 🌈設施：對得起五星級稱號～設施齊全也超先進，特別是送外賣機器人，孩子特別喜歡，已經當做小夥伴了，退房後還跟它SAY拜拜👋 🌈衞生：棒！沒得説～ 🌈環境：；房間大，康體中心有 健身器材和泳池～泳池恆温 還有小童專屬泳池。棒棒噠👍 🌈服務：貼心，離開時還送了小禮物 🌈另，早餐也非常豐盛～ 🌈總體，力薦力薦。後續會詳細寫一篇種草文章，敬請期待哦🥳🥳🥳

有點出乎意料的不錯. 酒店整體服務人員態度非常好. 出遊旺季, 客房全滿，由於有長者特意幫忙選擇了挨着的房間. 期間電視有些問題，客房服務員和維修人員幫忙調試. 有地上和地下免費停車場. 餐廳雖然用餐人員很多.但是可以看見服務人員一直積極的幫忙安排座位收拾桌子 總之感覺非常滿意.下次有機會還會選擇
