The room we got was spacious and comfortable enough boot mattresses and duvets. Service from front desk was always helpful and attentive. The hotel is very outdated though. Smelly dirty carpet everywhere, smoke scent, old bathroom etc. We sometimes had to wait a long time before we got hot water, if we got it at all. Also, there seems to be some sort of music lessons above the building, which started very early and made so much noise. Couldn't sleep with all the drums and music. Very loud.

Great location near the Dafo Temple and reclining Buddha. Service was exceptional - the receptionist really went out of his way to help me - fantastic. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. All in all a great stay.

The bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful (even though not English speaking). There was a problem of infiltration of smelly water in the corridor, but after a couple of days that was resolved

Our experience in this hotel was perfect ! They upgraded us for free, our room was really clean, spacious and really comfortable. The staff is really friendly and accommodating, and even if they don’t speak english we could discuss on WeChat. Finally, the hotel is located really close to old town and to the temple. There is a bus in front of it to go to both train stations. Definitely recommend to stay here during your trip in Zhangye !

After some miscommunicatie about the showerhead everything was solved rapidly and professionally

個人總體感覺星級：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 💰性價比頗高。 🌹內外飾裝修中規中矩。空間寬敞明亮。 🏠酒店地理位置優越。就在張掖市中心。離“張掖汽車站”（可乘班車去丹霞地貌等景點）以及下述景點：“大佛寺”、“古塔” 、“老街”、“甘泉公園”等也不遠，均可步行到達。 🧑🤝🧑接待人員工作態度專業嚴謹。接人待物相對熱情友好。✨同行法國公民酒店前台幫助在當地出入境部門辦理境外人士短暫居住登記。 🚽房間內基礎設施齊全: 電視、冰箱、沙發、商務桌椅、空調、淋浴器、吹風機、沐浴液、洗髮香波、一次性及可重複使用拖鞋等。 👎可能需要改進的地方： 💻酒店有些設施比較老舊（比如空調取暖功能欠佳，雨後比較冷影響入住體驗🥶） 🚿淋浴熱水出水有時候不太穩定，退房的早上沒能等到熱水😅） All in all, 值得推薦收藏！👍🏿🤠

該店可以説是本人所住過的最差的最店，衞生差，不説誠信，主要如下：1·本人網上預訂到店，辦理入住時，問前台女服務員，早餐幾點開餐，被告知沒餐廳，我提出本人所訂房間含兩份早餐。服務員講，你一個人入住，衹能明早晨到前台拿一張票，到外麪店就餐。第二天早上6時30分，前台只有一名保安，問早餐票，告知不知。該酒店顯然不誠信，客人出的是兩份早餐錢，該店要按人數給票，顯然是侵犯客人權力。早餐票本應入住時給客人，該店確要早上給，顯然是不誠信。2·房間地毯，衞生間牆磚、地面，傢俱上及坐便器等非常的臟，有照片為證。3·淋浴器只有一個頂淋，且非常的污漬。冷、熱標註都反了。4·本人攜程網預訂，評分4·5分，評價衞生好，本人認為系店家做假，建議平台督查，否則將失去攜程的信譽。

酒店可以開專票辦理的速度非常的快，離店時沒有按金效率非常的高

房間還可以吧，衞生算乾淨，服務態度不是太好，前台沒有個笑臉，感覺不舒服，有停車場還可以。洗澡水得放將近二十分鐘才能熱，離夜市挺近的。總體還可以吧，沒有太大講究的人可以入住。我是衹要不太過分，都給好評
