きれい！窓からの景色は微妙だった

ロングリッツホテルは本当に素敵でした！フロントデスクのサービスは温かく思いやりがあり、チェックインの手続きも早く、満足です。部屋は清潔で衛生的で、清掃スタッフの責任感があり、ミネラルウォーターも十分に用意されており、冷たい飲み物も用意されています。ここ👍🏻 電動タオルラックがあることは言及する価値があります。朝食も豊富で、サービススタッフの対応も良く、本当に感謝しています。 欠点: 1. インテリジェントな制御技術ではありますが、個別に制御することはできず、常に 1 つのボタンのスイッチであるため、詳細が不十分です。 2. 入浴時はビニール製のスリッパがありません。夏は大丈夫ですが、冬はとても寒いです。

Hotel is clean, provided many services like sending the foods and parcels to your room so you don't need to take it by yourself. This hotel also provided laundry and dryer, restaurant. Next is the location is convenient, only 5min away from the train station so is good for people want to travel.it would be nicer if they keep the room without smoking smell.

I should have paid more attention to the smoking and non-smoking options, the smell was the first thing I noticed. The room was great, comfortable, and worth the stay. The gym is a treadmill and stationary bike, not exactly what a Mr. Olympia like myself was hoping for in the end. The breakfast options are very Chinese-centric. The front desk was unable to help me hire a driver for a return trip to the Shaolin Temple. The complex is also a strange congregation of like 18 different hotels.

Perfect hotel for those looking to explore Zhengzhou after a long flight. The hotel location has amazing transport links. Friendly and welcoming staff who are patient with foreigners that can only speak limited Chinese. 小赵 was particularly helpful and attentive, even offering a free car service to the high speed rail upon our departure. Great range of different breakfasts that suit both Chinese and Westerners. Fried eggs, dumplings, chips, toast and many delicious Chinese dishes. Super clean rooms, with great facilities and thoughtful accessories. Good views of the city at night and there is even an ambient rain room mood mode, that we loved 😂 Perfect 👍
