立地面では最高でした。4、5号線も通っているので、どこへも便利です。近隣大きい公園、ショッピングモールもあります。

ホテルは鄭東新区にあり、施設は非常に新しく、性価格比もよく、満足して泊まれました。周辺には飲食や遊びの場所が少なく、夜は少し寂しいです。

ボディタオルに穴があいていました。フロントの受付係は4つ星ですが、英語は全く話せません。残念です。受付係が英語を話せなかったため、予約した部屋に入るのに1時間待ちました。そしてとても遅かったです

ホテルの設備は古く、エアコンは全然冷えず、部屋はとても暑いです。スタッフを見つけて修理してもらいましたが、無駄でした。結局、壊れた扇風機を丸ごともらいました。何はともあれ、5つ星ホテルです。サービス態度が悪く、お客様を差別する中年の男性がいました。

部屋はとても臭かったです。トイレの臭い、下水の臭い、そして長年にわたってトイレに蓄積された汚れの臭いが組み合わさっていました。とても嫌な🤢

新型コロナウイルス検査ステーションに近く、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーです

The hotel is very convenient as the Central Business District metro station is just outside the hotel, there is also a convenient store just beside the hotel. Supper is also provided. I would like to thank Guke for the excellent service provided.

Overall good hotel however the midnight snack is a bit deceiving as they did not provide much food. The auntie Guo ShuFen is very nice and provided us with lots of tea and water. Thank you!

Novotel was my favorite brand. Paid 3 rooms 5 nights. All of us can't sleep as stinky air from rug and AC won't cooler, we have to emergency check-out after 1st night. WHEN get our 4 nights money back? Bill, front desk manager answered us in 3 business days.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Zhengzhou, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The facilities were top-notch, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Mr. Lee Li at the reception. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and helpful with all my needs, making my stay hassle-free and enjoyable. I am deeply grateful for his support and kindness.
