I will never reserve a room at this hotel again, and I would caution others considering it as well.
The first issue arose right at check-in. I had to check in at one location, and then the clerk walked me across the street to where the actual rooms were located witha very dated elevator. While I understand he was likely trying to be friendly and helpful, his manner came across as condescending rather than welcoming. It was an odd and inconvenient way to start my stay. Since I was only booked for one night, I was relieved it wasn't a longer stay.
Once in the room, the cleanliness issues became apparent. There were hairs in the bathroom sink and even in the TV remote holder, which raised concerns about how thoroughly the room had actually been cleaned before my arrival. On top of that, the shower had poor drainage and ended up flooding the entire bathroom floor, leaving standing water that made the space difficult and unpleasant to use.
Between the disorganized check-in process, the questionable cleanliness, and the malfunctioning shower, this stay fell well short of expectations. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be booking here again.
