I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to non-smokers, anyone with asthma, or anyone travelling with children. The hotel looks fine in photos and the staff are mostly polite, but the entire place — including the rooms — has a strong smell of cigarettes. We chose a non-smoking floor, yet the smell still came from all directions: through the window, the air-conditioning, the bathroom fan, and even the gaps around the door.
Although the hotel advertises non-smoking floors and we specifically requested non-smoking rooms, they still allow guests to smoke indoors — even on the non-smoking floors. When I reported the strong cigarette smell to the staff, they told me they couldn’t control whether guests smoked inside the hotel or in their rooms, which I found absolutely shocking. They also have ashtrays on each floor and sell cigarettes in the hotel lobby, which only encourages guests to smoke.
We felt unwell after staying in a room with such a strong smell of smoke. Unless you enjoy second-hand smoke, I’d recommend staying elsewhere. There are definitely better options in the area.

Great room with good amenities and nice service. We stayed here for a day trip in Zigong - hotel provided help in storing our luggage. Staff are friendly, particularly Shasha from front desk.
