Hotel average, Italian staff very friendly, Swiss staff very impolite. Our room was not in the main building so every time we had to put jackets and hats on. Pool ok but no water/tea stations available. SPA far from the main bulging and not so nice (narrow and on different floors), if you walk from the lobby or swimming pool area with your robe to the SPA you will probably catch a cold. Food ok but not so big portions. Kids club with only few activities planned, so more of a supervised play room. Slippers in the room not available, you have to bring your own. Place is great if you ski, otherwise is very average

Valbella Resort: An incredibly beautiful hotel situated in the most stunning mountain location. Ramona and Thomas are wonderful hosts, dedicated to excellence and to setting high standards to ensure everyone's wishes are turned into reality. The entire staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, taking care of every detail from the moment you arrive. They certainly make you feel “at home” in their beautifully designed “home away from home” …well, of course, except that you don’t have to help with the dishes or worry about anything else except for relaxing and spoiling yourself. The ambience of the hotel is stunning: modern, pure and simple, with lots of natural materials. You can tell it is an eco-conscious hotel, so you don’t have to feel bad for feeling so good! We especially enjoyed the spa facilities, and massage treatments from highly qualified therapists. From the amenities, the comforts and details in the room, the breath-taking views of the mountains, the sports and spa facilities, the gorgeous food at breakfast and dinner, there isn't a better place to relax and let your mind, body and soul enjoy a memorable holiday.

I cannot fault this Hotel. The food is fantastic. The cocktails are fantastic. The service is fantastic. The management got everything right here so a big Kudos to the whole team! One of the best hotels we have stayed in. We loved going for a cocktail and then for dinner with our daughter every evening. For a two year old the play area is also a wonderland and the child carers were always super helpful and trustworthy. A super hotel overall.

My wife and I visited the Valbella Resort with our two sons, ages 4 and 2, in February ‘23. The resort had been recommended to us by fellow expats living in London. Our stay was truly excellent. The food was outstanding, as were the kids programming, proximity to kids ski activities, and cleanliness of the resort. I will go so far as to say that the hotel was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Immaculate. Our sons loved checking into the Kids Club in the morning whilst my wife and I skied. We picked them up after lunch for ski lessons, sledging down the hill, playing in the pool, or checking out the other kids club. They loved it. The staff: from Pasquale in Capricorn, to Francesca in Fastatch, to Hannah in the Kids Club were truly exceptional. They learned our preferences pretty quickly and made us feel very comfortable. Thomas, the Host/Manager, was also extraordinary. He greeted us each evening at dinner to check in on our day. We really appreciated that. The visit to the Valbella Resort allowed me to break away from everyday life in the best possible way and immerse myself in the mountains of Graubünden for a relaxing weekend. The entire team was always very friendly and extremely helpful. The bed was one of the best hotel beds I have slept in!

Beautiful “real” village and a beauty of a hotel in the centre of it. Nice rooms with comfortable beds and pillows, beautiful grounds, superb breakfast and good meeting room facilities. Staffis extremly helpful and friendly. The real thing.

Generally speaking we had a short but nice stay at the hotel. The hotel is centrally located and is quite a big resort. Pro‘s - Friendly service - Great breakfast buffet - Wellness area The pictures can be a bit misleading, depending on which building you‘re staying in. There‘s newer buildings as well as older ones. We were staying in an „older“ building, which was still nice and in good shape, however we felt like it was a bit noisy. Even though we just spent a night as a couple I believe a family, would enjoy the hotel. There‘s a lot of activities for kids and the wellness area for the parents is great too.

Questo resort a Valbella vicino a Lenzerheide è strutturalmente molto bello ma ha anche delle pecche: Camera: noi avevamo una small family suite composta da due camere comunicanti con grande terrazzo, atrio e bagno grande. Letti comodi, cuscini un po’ meno, in bagno non c’è il bidet ma è tutto nuovo e molto bello. A disposizione anche macchinetta nespresso e bolliltore. Ristorante: colazione ottima e molto varia a buffet con opzioni senza lattosio e vegane (il pane senza glutine davvero osceno), vi sconsiglio le uova in ogni forma perché non sono capaci a farle (abbiamo preso un’omelette e uovo in camicia che non erano per niente buoni). A cena invece buffet un po’ scarso (considerando anche che l’hotel non te lo regalano proprio) con 3 tipi di insalate verdi, insalatine varie miste e un buffet di patatine, pasta, wurstel che mi sembrava un po’ buttato li. Menu à la carte compreso nella mezza pensione non male a parte il risotto giallo che non sono capaci a farlo. Inoltre SCANDALOSO pagare 9 franchi l’acqua con gas in brocca al ristorante (manco in bottiglia). Kids club: favoloso le nostre bambine si sono divertite molto è davvero ben organizzato. Piscine molto belle, quella esterna è di acqua a dir poco gelida (naturale) quindi sappiatelo prima di entrare. La piscina coperta grande e idromassaggio ottimi, piscina per bambini anche molto carina. Fuori c’è anche un parco giochi, minigolf e l’elastico per saltare. Servizio: il punto un po’ dolente…al ristorante più volte hanno sbagliato a portarci per esempio il gusto del gelato oppure dovevamo ripetere più volte che tipo di intolleranze e allergie alimentari ci fossero (qualche cameriere che parlava italiano si salvava, altri erano un po’ più musoni). Oltretutto lentezza nel servire le portate del menu, per un bicchiere di vino ho dovuto aspettare 15 minuti dopo averlo chiesto più volte. La pulizia della stanza scarsa, il secondo giorno abbiamo trovato cestini non svuotati, tazzine ancora fuori in terrazza sporche, polvere sulle tende e cuscini, e in più ci lasciavano sempre 3 asciugamani per la doccia quando invece eravamo in 4. Ho riferito alla reception che visto il prezzo pagato era inconcepibile un servizio del genere. Purtroppo (o per fortuna) come metro di misura ho i vari hotel frequentati in Alto Adige dove il livello del servizio e del cibo eccellono a tutti livelli rispetto per esempio al Valbella Resort, considerando anche che costa davvero tanto. Tornarci? Forse si Forse no, si per la vicinanza, no per il servizio… Hotel comunque molto dog friendly e adatto ai bambini
