Fine breakfast. No airconditioning. Really outside the town.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist einfach und zweckmäßig. Die Kopfkissen könnten mal erneuert werden. Der Service ist gut und freundlich. Das Essensangebot ist reichhaltig und geschmacklich gut. Der Saunabereich ist großzügig angelegt und sehr hygenisch. Der Außenpool macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Schön wäre es, wenn es dort mehr Sonnenschirme gäbe.

The hotel is fine but the description clearly said there was a gym (with pictures) but instead they don’t. Quite disappointed as I booked there mainly for that reason.

The only issue was nothings was in English including the menu for food and drink.

We were here for a wedding, we had the back winter garden room all to ourselves which was fantastic, we could close the door and it was private. The food was really great though I did miss the croissants that we had on Friday morning, they didn't have them again on Saturday. The room was really HOT and the circulating air that is supposed to be available was broken/or not functioning. We asked at the front desk three times and they kept saying that someone would come look/fix and nothing was done nor any follow up. By the third time that we asked, they gave us a fan that was louder than a jet engine. Leaving the windows open was the only option and there were tons of little insects that came in the room because of this. You could also only open up the window a little bit so that didn't help much. We still woke up multiple times in the night because it was so hot and we had to remove the bedding because it was not a summer duvet. The noise from the roadway was also quite loud when you had the window open. I think with the windows closed this would've been ok. The outside pool area was ok but the chairs were really old and stained and the pool area looked nothing like the pictures make it look... it's old and much much smaller. It did it's job of cooling us off but it's misleading. We also had to walk all over the place to find the spa area so we could pick up the pool towels. A suggestion would be to have these at the front desk or somewhere near the pool. In the end we all felt like this hotel was way over priced for what we got. We live in Switzerland and are used to high prices but for what we got, this was way over priced. The shower was ok but the floor was really slippery and lot's of our older family was scared they would slip when they showered. Since there was no air circulating in the room, none of the towels ever dried the whole time we ere there. It's also not really near public transport in case you were on foot like we were (about 10-15 min walk). In summary, the food was good, the waiter/waitresses were nice but the room and the front desk service was not good, they gave an attitude that there's nothing they can do if something isn't working and you pay the price even if things that are expected to work, don't.

Hotel in der Nähe der Autobahn gelegen (man hört das Rauschen). Zimmer ohne Teppichboden (sehr gut), mit Belüftungsanlage (keine Klimaanlage), Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. "Offener" Schrank mit kleinem Safe (nicht laptop-geeignet). Alle Mahlzeiten in Buffettform (Auswahl gut), Getränke können selbst gezapft werden. Massagen und Behandlung waren sehr gut, ebenso wie Wassergymnastik! Freundlicher Service. Ist Familienhotel, wochentags mit Tagungs/Businessgästen.
