ツーリー バイ ファースバインド(Hotel Zuri by Fassbind)

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. It is 1.8km away from HBF(train station). So either you have to walk or always use tram to reach. Still the connectivity is good to the hotel. The room was clean and service was good!

Het hotel biedt een combinatie van moderne luxe en gastvrije Zwitserse gastvrijheid die indruk op me heeft gemaakt. De kamers zijn ruim, comfortabel en prachtig ingericht. De voorzieningen in de kamers zijn van hoge kwaliteit en dragen bij aan een aangenaam verblijf. Het uitzicht vanuit sommige kamers is adembenemend, vooral als je uitzicht hebt op het meer van Zürich. Het hotel heeft ook uitstekende eetgelegenheden. Het restaurant serveert heerlijke gerechten met lokale en internationale smaken, en de bar is een geweldige plek om te ontspannen met een drankje. Wat het Fasbind Hotel echt onderscheidt, is de locatie. Het ligt op loopafstand van veel bezienswaardigheden in Zürich, zoals het meer, de oude binnenstad en tal van winkels en restaurants. Dit maakt het een ideale uitvalsbasis voor het verkennen van de stad. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en de algehele service is van topkwaliteit. Kortom, het Fasbind Hotel is een geweldige keuze voor zowel zakelijke reizigers als toeristen die Zürich willen verkennen. Het combineert comfort, stijl en gemak op een geweldige manier.

Als ich eincheckte, sagte mir das Personal an der Rezeption, dass sie mein Gepäck kostenlos aufbewahren könnten. Aber beim Auschecken lehnten sie mich ab, weil das Gepäcklager voll sei, obwohl ich mir sicher war, dass sie das beim Einchecken nicht erwähnt hatten. Was mich verwirrte, war, dass ich noch Platz für Gepäck hinter ihnen sah. Als ich fragte, sagten sie mir, wenn ich mein Gepäck dort lasse, wären sie nicht für Verluste verantwortlich. Aber ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob das Gepäck hinter ihnen auch nicht versichert ist. Außerdem hatte ich das Gefühl, dass sie mir gegenüber rassistisch voreingenommen waren, was mir sehr unangenehm war. Schließlich schlugen sie vor, dass ich mein Gepäck in kostenpflichtigen Schließfächern am Hauptbahnhof aufbewahren sollte, was mich zusätzliche Zeit und Geld kostete. 不推荐任何人入住，在我入住时，前台工作人员告诉我可以免费帮我寄存行李。但是在我离店的时候，他们以行李寄存已满为由拒绝了我，尽管我清楚地记得入住时并没有这样的告知。更让我困惑的是，我看到他们身后还有行李存放的空间。当我询问时，他们告诉我如果行李放在那里，他们不会对任何的丢失负责。但我并不清楚他们身后的那些行李是否也是这样没有保障的。此外，我感觉他们对我有种族歧视的态度，这使我感到非常不愉快。最后，他们建议我去中央车站的收费行李柜寄存行李，这导致我不仅浪费了时间，还多花了钱。

房間比較不算大，酒店設施也比較少。地點還算比較便捷。總得來説，性價比一般。

Hotel ist sehr schön. Ich gehe immer wieder sehr gerne in dieses Hotel, wenn ich in Zürich bin. Meist muss ich aber schauen, ob es finanziell passt, denn die Preise schwanken sehr.

I booked this hotel for a night. We checked in around 8pm at room 601 and we found out that the temperature in the room was quite hot so before we went out for dinner we just turned it to 20°c which is the minimum. After we came back room, we still found that the room was still hot and the temp on the screen was shown as 24.5°. Then, we went to the front desk to tell them that maybe the A/C had problem but the staff said that their A/C works different from normal A/C, they call it “Cooler”! So, we told them this is not right because on the website exactly shows “A/C not Cooler”. Then the staff went to check the temperature in my room with a thermometer in front of the cooler in my room and it was shown 23.8° which that time we set it on 20° for over 3 hours! We asked them to check if there was any available room to change. First, they said the hotel was quite full and if they gave us another room and the cooler still didn’t work what they can do for us. Then they said they have fans if we are ok (30cm width fans), so I told them we were 3 persons, is it possible if we can get 3 fans. And they said “yes“. After that they told us they can move us to room 701 so we checked and we felt it quite better but still hot so we asked them can we get the fans. This time they told us they can only give us 1 fan because they have only 3 fans. I have to explained them again that first thing you said you had A/C but then turned out as “cooler”, second thing you accepted that you will give us 3 fans, third we paid for the room with A/C which is the price is higher than non-A/C room in other hotels. So, they gave us 2 fans finally. However, the room was clean and good for staying in winter according to the “cooler” really good works for “heater”! And thank you that solved the problem without saying sorry and making us felted like we were guilty to not able to sleep with that temp. (That night the temp outside the room was hotter than inside so we couldn’t open the windows) The temp is still hot till we checked out. The bathroom door is not completely closed as well Bad impression.

Nettes, gepflegtes Hotel. Preisleistung für CH sehr gut aber leider in der Lobby und im Zimmer ein unagenehmer Geruch. Zimmer waren sauber aber leider staubig. Garageneinfahrt sehr eng.. Felgen zerkratzen inkl. :)

The front desk staff is very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, when I arrived the AC in the whole hotel is out of service. However, I got an upgrade in my room. The location is very convenient, you will need to walk 6 mins to reach the closest transport. For cleanliness, the bathroom was ok, but I found at least 7 hairs on the bed and pillows. At night I heard sounds from the toilet. I have inspected it, it is caused by the LED light in the light box. It is basically flickering every 5 mins. The left bottom of the desk has a very sharp corner, it is easy to hit your knee. the room does not have any drinks offered in the fridge. It does not have a toothbrush or toothpaste. It has only a bottle of shampoo mixed conditioner and a bottle of shower gel. Overall is good.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience, with the location being a standout feature. The cleanliness was decent, though I did find some stray hairs on the bed, a minor downside. Despite this, the location makes it a good choice for budget-conscious travelers in Zurich.
