Pleasantly surprised with the friendly service received at the reception. Breakfast was good, especially the mini croissants and the fresh butter and cheese. Would advise you make it clear to the staff on your eggs order as one would offer you plain scrambled egg while the other would ask if you prefer to add on ingredients. Location is good, there is a shortcut to the train station from the back of the hotel. Room design could be improved but no complaints. All in all, I am thankful the service was warm and that really matters to me.

Arrived in Zurich and stayed here on our first night as we got situated for our two week trip. Upon checking in, everyone was overwhelmingly friendly with nothing but great energy and positive vibes. Hairo (spelling?) at the front desk was amazing. Incredibly helpful in getting us to the train station the next morning, arranging the taxi for us and letting us know what platform we needed to use. The hotel design was great. The library had a great atmosphere and is the setting for breakfast. The room was solid and functional for a one night stay. The spa was a great way to ease into our trip with multiple pools and saunas. Overall, it was a relaxed and trendy vibe but not too cool. The hotel was a little further removed from the city center, but for the first night that’s exactly what we wanted. It was still very close walking distance to a handful of food options and a local train station. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend. Would love to return.

I really recommend staying here when it's colder, the rooms are beautiful, the spa was a great surprise (the Irish roman bath was amazing) and the hotel is very comfortable. I wouldn't recommend staying here in the summer though, there's no air conditioning which made our room quite hot.

I love coming to this hotel, staff is superb, rooms well-equipped and make sure to take advantage of the spa.

Friendly and caring staff, right from our arrival and throughout our stay. Nicole at three front desk and our server Randy made us feel welcome. The spa was amazing and our room was clean and comfortable. A lovely getaway enjoying Zurich - we’ll be back!

I had a nice clean room, awesome design of the restaurant, outstanding roof top pool with a view on Zurich! One Google location is 20 meters away, another Google location is 25 min walk along the river, or 10 min in the nice Swiss train. If you are not for Google there, it's still a nice hotel.

This was our 2nd stay at B2 and we are pleased to say that it was as good the 2nd time as the first. Check in was quick and efficient and the room was available even though we arrived early. Staff were very friendly and explained all facilities to us. Spa and baths were excellent as was the extensive buffet breakfast. We ate in the library one evening, menu isn’t huge but we both found things that we liked and the food and wine were really good. We had a very relaxing weekend here and would definitely come back.

Check in staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. said they would make the changes I'd requested to my room and I could have a drink at the bar while they sorted it all out. very professional and capable. My room was a little on the small side for the price but the rest of the experience there was fantastic

We ended out trip to the Jung Frau region at the B2. After days/miles of hiking it was exactly what we needed. Absolutely perfect experience.
