酒店比較小和陳舊，離車站離的比較遠，不是平台描述的那麼近。酒店工作人員晚上8點之後就離開了，如果有事很麻煩。

I can tell there's an elevator to the hotel lobby and that a lot of people weren't informed and took the steep stairs. We got it in the lobby of the restaurant downstairs called Papa Joe's. We had no complaints. Everyone was nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and all the staff.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights on the final leg of our trip through Italy and Switzerland. The hotel's location right at the heart of the old town is a strong point, offering easy access to major sights and public transport. The room was decent, offering good WiFi and enough sockets for our devices. However, the lack of heating and air conditioning meant that we had to rely on open windows to cool down the room, which sometimes became uncomfortably warm even during the winter. The hotel did not have a formal lobby. Guests need to climb stairs or use an elevator from the restaurant at the ground level, which requires staff assistance. Interestingly, the receptionist, while multilingual, did not speak English, which presented a slight challenge, though she tried her best to assist us. We encountered a billing issue, which required some back-and-forth with the staff and the manager's involvement to resolve. The hotel acknowledged their mistake and apologized, which was appreciated. Despite these hiccups, our overall experience was positive, and I'd consider staying here again.

Hotel California was pretty much as advertised. It was a nice room in the downtown area. The service was good and the room was clean. We did have to park a few blocks away but that was expected. It was a little difficult to find the hotel initially while driving but that's not the fault of the hotel. It was not a free breakfast so we went to the Starbucks less than a block away.

Special mention to Dulal and our favorite Spanish waitress who makes our experience more memorable ! Accommodation is well located but quality level is ok

Great location. Check-in is on the first floor. No iron in the room. Parking is a challenge. You have to use puplic parking and walk to the hotel..not convenient.

Great location and comfy bed, clean, no air-conditioning. didn't need it though. Great restaurant downstairs. friendly staff, pleasure to talk to all. Adrian was great. Highly recommend! Will come back again if in Zurich.

We arrived 20 min early and was told to wait 30 min before we could check in. The young lady didn’t even check my name. 20 min later I asked a young man and he picked up the paperwork that had been sitting on the desk all along. Not a great start. Room was very small but clean. No A/C so I wouldn’t stay during the summer for sure! Location is really great - walking distance to lots of cool stuff. Overall: great location, very small, expensive

Hotel California was a wonderful stay in Zurich near many city hot spots and about a 10min walk from the train station. Marta at reception was incredible. Our trains were delayed over an hour causing us to arrive around 23:00. She personally stayed for us at the hotel to ensure we were able to get into our rooms despite arriving after normal check in hours. The hotel was great and met all of our needs for a wonderful time in Switzerland.
