Great service from the hotel staff. They provided ironing amenities and blower upon request. I even called at 5am to ask for toiletries and dental care on our last day and they were able to provide. The premises was clean and the location is out from the city but there’s a lot of taxis passing by so it’s not hard to go to the city. From our room I had a view of the sunrise.
The view is in fourth floor(mess hall) is amazing and have a friendly environment.they serve breakfast and coffee.standard rooms have only one toilet with bathroom for male and female. It has it's own cinvinient store on the 2nd floor.
True to the positive reviews, travellite hotel legarda was a gem. Convenient location, with restaurants at the ground floor (Abacus, Gerry’s Grill), and cafes within the vicinity (highland brew, foam coffee), walking distance from the famous Good Taste restaurant, Cafe by the Ruins, Burnham Park, etc.
Will definitely stay here again. 😉
We stayed Nov at the 3rd floor back view and it was so hot specially in the morning time were the sun is facing the window. You cannot stand to stay in the room and bear the hot tempreture inside the room. And in the evening since you need to open the window to let cold wind circulate in the room but the downside you can hear the loud voice of other guest chatting until late hours. Even if they have reminders in the room about the silent time is from 10pm. I called the receptionist to complain but still they havent dont anything about it.
I guess the hotel managment should consider installing aircondition since we all aware about the climate change. Its not that cold anymore in baguio considering its already November.
highly recommend this hotel, had a great stay overall. room is big enough to cater to four pax with two double bed configuration. staffs are attentive and accommodating. Location is also ideal since taxis or puv are always available around the corner.

ゲゲストThis hotel has some good points:
1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.
ゲゲストIt's our third time in this place and we were in a good room location for this visit. That gave us a very peaceful sleep during the night. And as always, cleanliness and friendliness of staff is present that is why we come back. Appreciate that we were allowed to check-in an hour earlier. Thank you!
匿匿名ユーザーThe location was great, only had few steps from the city plaza. Staffs were accommodating.
However:
❎ The room hallway is eerie as it was located under. More like a bunker.
❎ Phone service not working, staff said it was unplugged as is
❎ The one and only small cabinet is damaged
❎ The bedsheets were itchy
❎ Electricfan is not clean
❎ Limited options on breakfast buffet, as in, limited 😩 not the typical breakfast buffet

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!
MMichelle Ann MaglalangThr location is good. Nice view. The staff is very accomodating.
Cons no complimentary water bottles in the room. Coffee is not good at the breakfast buffet. Don’t expect aircondition in the room. Because its Baguio, the wind is a bit chilly but its not too cold all the time. They have ceiling fans in the room and the receptionist sat you can request for electric fan. Over all was a pleasant stay
MMarcky AkiChalet Baguio offers a cozy, budget-friendly option for travelers looking to enjoy the charm of Baguio without spending too much. The location is great—just a few minutes from the city center, Session Road, and tourist spots like Burnham Park and Camp John Hay.
The rooms are clean and functional, though a bit compact. The wooden interiors give a cabin-like feel that matches the mountain vibe. However, soundproofing could be better—you might hear hallway or street noise, especially at night.
Breakfast is complimentary and usually includes local favorites like longganisa, eggs, and rice. It’s not fancy, but it’s hearty and appreciated. Staff were warm and accommodating, always ready to offer directions or assist with bags.
Parking is available but limited. Wi-Fi was okay for basic browsing but not ideal for heavy use. There’s no elevator, so those with mobility issues may want to request a lower-floor room.
Would I recommend it? Yes, for couples or small families on a budget who want a convenient, cozy stay in Baguio.
