良い経験ではありません。部屋の床は汚れていて、明らかに掃除機がありませんでした。歯磨き粉やバスルームのスリッパは提供されておらず、レストランは閉まっていたので、毎回食べ物を食べに出かけなければなりませんでした。はるかに良いと予想されます。

This hotel looked like it needs some refurbishing but it does have a strong point in that it right on Lake Van. I had a few issues during my stay but were resolved immediately. The room I was first given smelled of drainage pipes so they immediately gave me another. In the evening, I realised my hair dryer was broken. They immediately sent someone to fix it. The next day, the water from my toilet no longer worked. They sent someone to fix it immediately while I had breakfast. They are very quick to solve any problems. I loved the breakfast, so much variety. And I am grateful that they let me have my room a bit earlier which many hotel won’t even if they could. The staff are great.

We stayed at Hotel Oz Istanbul for one week with my family, and honestly, it was such a wonderful experience☺️From the very first day, we felt so welcome and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They were always there whenever we needed anything and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The atmosphere of the hotel was really warm and lovely, and after a long day of exploring Istanbul, it was always nice to come back and relax there. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we really enjoyed it every morning. We truly felt at home during our stay. Everything we needed was already available, and whenever we needed something extra, the staff brought it to us very quickly and happily. My family and I had such a great time at Hotel Oz, and we will definitely remember our stay fondly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a week in Van, enjoy the city, and stay somewhere that feels as comfortable and welcoming as home. We would definitely stay here again! 😍

While travelling back to the UK, I had to stay one night in Van, Turkey to catch an early flight the next morning. I was very lucky to find this wonderful hotel in Van city. The hotel was very clean, warm, and comfortable, which was exactly what I needed after a long journey. A special thank you to Sarhaad, the receptionist/manager. He was an extremely kind and welcoming gentleman. His English was excellent, and he was always happy to help with anything I needed. It made my stay much easier and more pleasant. The price was also very fair, and the hotel itself was spotless. One thing that really stood out to me was the elevator – it had a beautiful design with cultural decoration, which made the place feel unique and memorable. I truly enjoyed my stay there and was able to rest and recharge for my journey the next day. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting or passing through Van .

The hotel room showed the sign of age but it was still clean. I was happy to have offered an upgrade of room with good view of the Van lake. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep well because the centralised air conditioning system made me sweat throughout the night. The room was so hot! Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast offered many choices of food. We also dined in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food was average.

Two empty pet şişe and an empty bag of ıslak mendil bulduk. Hemde a TV komanda. Also the light at the front door was burned out, and the emiş ventilatör in the bathroom did not work. Ayna tam buharlanmıştır. Also, the toilet seat is the wrong size for the toilet. It moves around while you are sitting on it. Also, the tub does not drain while you are shoering. It covered my feet. Finally, the light over the coffee machine is too dim, and the coffee kettle lid is broken.

I've been there with my wife for 4 nights. The room was tidy and clean. The towels and blankets were perfectly clean too. The bathroom was spotless, but the shower cabin needs to be renovated I guess. There were Persian-speaking reception that could be so helpful for Iranian. They were so polite and welcoming, especially Mahan. They have a Persian nightclub there. I didn't go, but I guess it's cool. Location is so close to the Chumhuriat street. There are almost some shops and supermarkets like A101. Breakfast is not wow, but fine, with various jams, butters, cheeses, eggs, and such. Restaurant staff are really welcoming. Overall it is worth it.

Overall the hotel is new and location is good. The service of all the staff from the reception to the concierge to the breakfast restaurant staff - are excellent! The only thing that is misleading is they do NOT have 3 single beds yet trip.com stated there were and so I selected this hotel because of the triple beds. Upon check-in they gave us one queen bed and one single bed and when I asked them they said they do NOT have such category of room...so I told them to update in trip.com so that it won't mislead us.

Location is very good at the centre. Room is huge. The only problem is the room is too hot. I read the previous that they could not do anything with the temp control and you can only open the window. Since my room is facing the main street, when the window is open it will be very noisy. The room wall is very thin. If your neighbour's room is someone who is talking loudly, you definitely can hear all the conversation. Room end with 02 will be facing the main street. The check in is located on the 1st floor.

The hotel is in the center and in the market. My room is big and clean. If I come to Van in the future I will stay at this hotel again.
