このプロパティに滞在するのはこれが2回目で、期待を上回っています。今回は海の見える部屋を選びましたが、景色は本当に言葉では言い表せません。景色の美しさは、自分で体験しなければならないものです。サービスは全体で一流です。フロントデスクのモアタズを、彼のプロ意識とクラスに特に賞賛したいと思います。さらに、屋外ラウンジの別のモアタズは例外的でした。本格的なサービスの縮図であり、ゲスト一人一人に素晴らしい雰囲気を醸し出しています。高いホスピタリティを維持しながら人とつながる能力は印象的で、マネージャーのリーダーシップの資質は明らかです。完璧な滞在をお探しの方は、このホテルを強くお勧めします。

Staff service attitude is very enthusiastic and friendly, I forgot to inform the front desk staff need two beds, after entering the room, the staff immediately called the front desk to notify the change, he sent us directly to the new room, another staff gave us the room card, very high responsiveness, saved a lot of time. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, the toilets are well-equipped, and it was the first of the seven hotels I stayed in during my travels in Egypt that had slippers available and the bathing equipment was branded ELLE, which enhanced the image of the hotel. The inquiry desk colleagues across from the front desk were very professional, and I answered questions about transportation times to the city center and restaurants, etc., and the answers were clear and accurate. The breakfast restaurant is also the richest I have encountered, whether it is the variety of juices, the variety of bread and cheese, beyond my imagination. As for the swimming pool and beach, since I spent all my time exploring the nearby tourist attractions, I didn’t have time to experience it in person, I could only watch it from the balcony of the room, but I felt that the beach part should be good. The ATM machine in the hotel lobby is a good facility, which is very convenient for guests. Only some shops are missing. The hotel as a whole has been comparable to many international brand hotels.

Hotel Marina 1 – an absolutely wonderful place to stay! We stayed here recently and were truly impressed. First of all, I have to highlight the impeccable cleanliness – our room was spotless every single day, with fresh towels and meticulous housekeeping. The whole hotel feels so cozy and welcoming, making it a real home away from home. A huge shout-out to the kitchen team – the food is outstanding! Breakfasts are an absolute delight: incredibly tasty, hearty, and wonderfully varied. Every morning there was a great selection, so even the pickiest eaters would find something to enjoy. The only minor downside was some nighttime noise, but it's totally understandable – the FIFA World Cup is currently taking place, and there were big-screen live match broadcasts outside that went on until the early morning hours. For football fans, it's actually a huge bonus! And honestly, it didn't ruin our experience at all. We would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, delicious food, and spotless cleanliness!

部屋は清潔で快適でした。私はたくさんの服を洗ってバルコニーのフェンスに掛けました。私が戻ってきたとき、スタッフが私がバルコニーの衣類を乾かすための棚を開けるのを手伝ってくれ、私が日光浴をすることができる場所に服を置くのを手伝ってくれたことに気づきました。どうもありがとうございます。 ホテルには白い砂のビーチがあり、穏やかな波は子供たちが遊ぶのに非常に適しています。レストランは美味しく、ランチとディナーは注文でき、シェフは素晴らしく、最後に大きなフルーツプレートを届けました。とても良い思い出。

Amazing place, really clean, really spacious. Plenty to do. I advise take a car with you as it is about 1-1.20 hours from Alexandria. Also book the hotel between July- end of august. There is a indoor pool which is heated and an outdoor pool which is cold, they also have a beach, gym, sauna, jacuzzi but the time I went the jacuzzi and sauna was not on or available. The have a room that has two small snook tables, a outdoor football 🥅 ⚽️ pitch/court, basketball ball 🏀 court and a tennis/Badminton 🏸 🎾 court. Water park, late night entertainment. The women called Sara at the Concierge is very helpful very professional. Hospitality was amazing from her think she was the manager. She even allowed me to have a late check out without any charge but the staff in very helpful. Very friendly. The hotel is very spacious and the rooms are very spacious. The food was fine but nothing spectacular.

Good luxury hotel, about 2 hours away from main city Alexandria. Was quite empty when we visted (1st week of October). The room was very clean and comfy, beach was great and the staff are very pleasant. We didn't get to try the pools but they seemed good too. Selection for breakfast and dinner was good, if not exquisite. My only small remark is that at this price range, I have stayed in more luxurious hotels in Hurghada, with all-inclusive access and better reataurants. It's a small nitpick, but I had to say it, since most hotels at this price range are quite close in quality and only the small details differ. I do understand the closeness advantage for north coast hotels vs Hurghada so that must be factored into the price.

Spending time at the Siwa Oasis was an unforgettable experience, and the hotel gave us great surprises. Apart from not receiving Wi-Fi signal in the room and experiencing a brief power outage during our stay (though those who know Siwa understand that this is completely normal and due to local conditions and infrastructure, which is completely understandable), every other aspect of the experience was perfect! What touched us the most was the hotel owner, who is incredibly awesome! He is extremely warm and responsible, always actively and promptly helping us communicate and resolve any needs or minor issues we have, making us feel very at ease.

My stay at this hotel started in a wrong way but turned out into a unique experience. I had some problems when I arrived because of some misunderstandings but Amani, the manager managed it very well and I had a very pleasant experience. She is very good at deal with her customers and make them feel welcome.  The place is magical, very beautiful and with an awesome design. You can just chill in the garden. I had dinner with her and some friends in the desert, they cooked everything with the fire, was an unforgettable experience. I wish I could stay more. I highly recommend it. The place will make you feel relaxed and slow down a little bit. 😊

Отель понравился, персонал добрый, идет на уступки . Но единственное не могут урегулировать вопрос с въездом на кпп, 20 мин ждали когда меня одобрят, показывая свою бронь. Это было не приятно конечно. А так,что касается еды и проживания 10/10

We had a good stay in the hotel, the room was so clean (thanks to the amazing house keeping team), and the food was fantastic (thanks to the restaurant team “cookers and staff”), the pools were so clean and the beach is well taken care of. The only thing, is that the reception team were not that helpful, they knew we were couple but they booked us a room in between a very noisy young people, so it was really very annoying. Another issue, I asked them to prepare a small surprise for my wife because of our anniversary but they didn’t do anything, which was so disappointing.
