飛行機のフライトの間の 1 泊以内のストップオーバーとして、この宿泊施設のオプションを検討する価値があります。私たちは12時間滞在しました。なんとか朝食を食べることができました。朝食は非常に平均的です。ホテルはとても粗末で、ほこりや汚れがたくさんあります。ベッドは清潔です。タオルが湿った匂いがする。二度目はやりたくないです。唯一感謝しているのは、早めのチェックインでした。

アマンの創設者が新たに立ち上げたブティックホテルブランドです。ロケーションは良好で、シャールジャ・ハートのすぐそばに位置しており、博物館巡りには非常に便利です。 客室は複数の古い邸宅を改装したもので、デザイン性が高く、写真映えすること間違いなしです。客室は広いものの、無駄なスペースが多く実用的な広さは普通で、バスタブがないのは残念な点です。客室からの眺望がないのももう一つの欠点です。 ホテルにはジムとプールがありますが、どちらも比較的小さめです。プールは基本的にレクリエーションや涼を取るための設備と捉えるべきでしょう。 朝食はアラカルト形式で、美味しく作られています。特にアラブ風朝食は、非常にボリュームがあり、とても食べきれる量ではありませんでした。 ホテルのサービスには改善の余地があると感じました。予算不足または人手不足が原因かもしれませんが、ブティックホテルに期待されるようなバトラーサービスはありませんでした。2泊しましたが、ターンダウンサービスは1晩しかありませんでしたし、荷物はチェックイン時のみベルボーイが運んでくれ、チェックアウト時にはありませんでした。駐車サービスも提供されたりされなかったりしました。 全体的には、ラグジュアリーなブティックホテルとして宿泊する価値はあります。

I had a wonderful experience here in Red Castle Hotel. I stayed for 4 nights and it was really nice. It's just my personal opinion for those who want to book a hotel.

Вполне нормальный отель. Вкусные завтраки. Неплохой ресторанчик прямо рядом с пляжем. Пляж небольшой. По территории отеля гуляют павлины. Портит впечатление стройка рядом с отелем, иногда днем тарахтит экскаватор. Хотя отель в этом, конечно, не виноват. Местность вокруг отеля - ну тоска зеленая. Идти особо некуда.

The hotel is very nice and cozy, small hotel sort of boutique type. Has a nice pool and a great beach with a mountain view. It's located in the city making it great to experience the city have a walk on the corniche and dine at different places. Above all the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant to interact act with. My family loved it and thank the whole staff for a great stay there.

素晴らしい休暇を過ごせました。ホテルのスタッフの方々には、先見の明と心遣いに心から感謝いたします。ホテルは期待をはるかに超える素晴らしいものでした。まるでおとぎ話に出てくるお城のような外観で、海岸沿いに位置し、入り口は緩やかで安全、客室は清潔で涼しかったです。食事は種類豊富でとても美味しかったです。出発日には素敵なケーキをプレゼントしていただきました。

設備: 比較的新しいホテルで、壮大なロビーと非常に広々とした客室を備えています。 サービス: 私が会ったサービススタッフは皆ハンサムで礼儀正しかったです。 衛生状態: 窓に髪の毛があり、掃除はあまり徹底されていませんでしたが、全体的にはかなり良好でした。 環境: 近くに中規模のスーパーマーケットがあり、基本的なニーズを満たすことができます。隣接する大きな駐車場は砂浜の未舗装の道路のため少し汚れています。

Disappointed with management response despite otherwise pleasant stay I have been a regular guest at this hotel and usually enjoy my stays here, but this time I was truly disappointed by the way my situation was handled. Due to unusual circumstances, I couldn’t check in on the first night of my reservation. I had already contacted both the hotel and the booking website before the check-in date, requesting either a free cancellation, a refund for the first night, or an extension for one more night. Unfortunately, both the hotel and the website refused all options. As a result, I lost one night and three meals, since my booking was on a half-board basis. I was expecting more flexibility and understanding, especially as a returning guest. Other than that, my experience at the hotel was generally positive.    •   The staff were courteous and professional, especially in the restaurant — Mr. Shah Qinar stood out for his exceptional communication skills and helpful attitude.    •   Housekeeping on the 6th floor was excellent — everything was tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay.    •   Breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices and the food quality was quite good. However, the coffee quality and milk used in the machine were below the standard expected from a normal outside café.    •   The room lighting was on the dim side with no option to brighten it, which made the room feel darker than comfortable.    •   On the positive side, the bedding, blankets, and pillows were very comfortable, and having free parking beside the hotel was a great convenience in a congested area like Al Majaz. Overall, while I appreciated the good service from the staff and comfort of the stay, the lack of flexibility and empathy from management regarding my situation has left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this hotel.

素晴らしいホテルです !!!よし。サービス、部屋、スタッフ。ただ、近くにビーチがないので、海に行きたい人には不向きです。しかし、車を利用する予定であれば、これは問題ありません。私たちはそれを持って、朝起きて、海に行きたければ水泳パンツを持って車に乗せれば、5分もあればビーチに着きます。
