完璧なサービス、非常に熱心で気配りのあるスタッフ、ホテルの場所はシャンティイ城と馬からわずか数十メートルです。
私たちはホテルのレストランで夕食をとりました、そしてそれは素晴らしかったです。
バーもとても良いです。
朝食に関しては、選択肢はたくさんありますが、焼きたてのペストリーが不足している可能性があります（提供されているペストリーはそうではないようです）。

We really enjoyed our stay, great location and Céline was so friendly and kind. The room is very comfortable, relaxing, well laid out and very clean. The breakfasts were wonderful each day and she found some great vegan options for me. The hot tub is a unique addition too. We’d definitely recommend! :)

2人の同僚に十分な広とした部屋。思いやりのあるアメニティ、追加の枕オプション、ターンダウンサービスが提供されました。ネスプレッソマシン付きの濃厚なコーヒー。WiFiはかなり断続的で、オンライン会議のズーム中に接続が切断され続けましたが、それ以外の場合は電子メールを送信できます。会議会場(リール グランド パレ)まで歩いてすぐ。近くに限られた食べ物のオプションがあり、食事のためにリールフランド側またはタウンセンターまで歩いて行くことがよくあります。サービスは非常に反応が良く、一部のハウスキーピングスタッフは英語を話すことができました。チェックアウト時にドアチョコレートで最後に素敵なタッチ。全体的に良い経験。

Je ne comprends pas comment les gens peuvent ne pas donner 5 étoiles à cet hôtel. Pour peu d’argent, vous obtenez une chambre de luxe. L’hôtel dispose d’une piscine, d’un hammam, d’un sauna et d’un jacuzzi. Tout est mis gratuitement à disposition. Une bière gratuite était également offerte à l’arrivée. Le personnel était super sympathique. Le petit-déjeuner le matin était impressionnant.

Reception desk was friendly, air conditioner working properly. Location is a bit far from city center where there are restaurants and cafes (about 20 mins walk), but it is calm thanks to the distance. amenities are a bit mediocre, no soap and conditioner. just liquide soap and shampoo/body gel together.

ゲゲストNice location however the hotel car park it is not well signposted. Average breakfast for the price.
No drawers in the room no minibar or fridge, very basic amenities for a 4 star hotel. The shower door in the bath went beyond the bath edge and allow water to go on the floor creating a paddle in the bathroom. The restaurant was a bit of a disappointing experience considering the price to pay for a mediocre dinner. The staff are completely oblivious to guests requests or suggestions. We ordered the deep fried squid and they were just served as finger food, piping hot when I asked for a plate to transfer the squid from a napkin cone with kitchen foil propping the squid to make it look plentiful, I was told tge you have to eat it with your fingers??. Pepper steak that tasted and looked terrible, the steak was cooked to the right temperature however burned on the outside, the so called peppercorn sauce was just a pan wash, no pepper at all, no stock or seasoning, it tasted like water and salt. I had a bottle of red Burgundy that I drink regularly and to my dissatisfaction on tasting the wine it was unbalanced, when I pointed this out to the staff, the wine was taken away somewhere in the back, the waitress then returned to say that her colleague had said that the wine was fine and that decanting it would correct the wine. The decanter was clearly chipped on the rim and I objected and requested at the least a non chipped one. The wine didn’t correct. Apart from the company of my wife and the garden surrounding all the rest was very unlike of what a 4 star hotel’s restaurant should provide. The grounds of the hotel are very relaxing and comfortable,

It has an interesting history. The original chateau building was constructed in the early 20th century by the architect Guillaume Tronchet in the Louis XVI style. The chateau was originally built as a country residence for the aristocracy of the early 20th century, and the architecture still shows the features of the ”transition” - the classical austerity of the Louis XVI style is intertwined with the light eclecticism of the Belle Époque.
The hotel is located in the Chantilly forest, which creates a sense of a secluded reserve surrounded by Nature .
Despite the proximity of Paris (only about 40 km), the hotel remains a quiet refuge in the forest - a feeling of being in a country castle rather than just a hotel.
The hotel has 109 rooms and suites, the interiors of which are inspired by the bionic environment, the equestrian traditions of the region and the subtleties of Chantilly lace .
Many rooms have a view of the forest, and many have balconies or terraces. Unfortunately, there is a highway nearby, and the noise sometimes reaches the hotel. This disrupts the peaceful atmosphere.
The chateau has two restaurants: L'Opera, located in the former music salon, and Le Stradivarius, which occupies the former library. The latter is quite small, and when there are many guests, it can become noisy.
The restaurants offer dishes made with local ingredients, such as game, cheese from Picardy, and, of course, the famous ”à la Chantilly” cream. The cuisine is excellent, and I highly recommend it.

ゲゲストBel endroit pour la décoration et le calme, mais les prestations ne sont pas toutes à la hauteur. Le petit-déjeuner est trop cher pour ce qu'il est et la piscine manque d'espace. Le plus dérangeant reste l'étroitesse d'esprit de la clientèle : nous avons dû subir des discussions indiscrètes et des jugements de la part de voisins de table au restaurant. Dommage que le standing du lieu ne se retrouve pas toujours dans le savoir-vivre de ceratins hôtes

ゲゲストGreat location, literally 8 min away from euro tunnel. Great place if you are travelling with dog, loads of green to walk your dog. The food in restaurant is average and really overpriced., breakfast is good and nice that children are free of charge. €30 charge for dog is the most expensive price I’ve ever paid!
