フランスプロヴァンス＝アルプ＝コート・ダジュールで、スパのあるホテル

雰囲気：想像以上に素敵でした！地中海の異国情緒あふれるギリシャ風のテイストがありますね〜。設備：シャワー時のボディソープの香りがとても気に入りました。持ち帰りたかったくらいです！皆さんもぜひ試してみてください。サービス：フロントの皆さんはとても親切でしたよ！中国人スタッフの方もいらっしゃいました😭

ホテル全体的にとても満足しましたし、朝食も種類豊富で美味しかったです。部屋はヨーロピアンアンティーク調で、とても気に入りましたし、快適に過ごせました。ただ、エアコンの操作パネルの使い方が分からなかったのが残念です。残念なことに、2泊予約していたのですが、EasyJetの飛行機が突然キャンセルになり（チェックインも済ませ、搭乗口まで行ったのにキャンセルという奇妙な航空会社です）、結局1泊しか滞在できませんでした。ホテル側は予約変更に応じてくれず、幸いなことにCtripが私の損失を補填してくれました。

スタッフは英語が堪能で、とても丁寧でした。 空港とエアバス工場への無料シャトルがあり、とても便利です。 ロビーとレストランの設備は高水準です。日曜日のランチメニューは非常にシンプルで、レストランには1人しかおらず、食べ物もあまりありませんでした。ケータリングは隣のIBISほど良くありません。 部屋はフランスでは広めとされています。 周辺にビジネス街がないため、食事はホテル内でのみ可能です。

Nous connaissons déjà l'hôtel et c'est chaque fois un plaisir. L'emplacement, le pdj, le resto, le personnel au petit soin. Vraiment un séjour qui fait du bien au moral. Le spa est un plus tres sympa

We had the great pleasure of spending several days at the beautiful Villa Castellane in France, and we were impressed by the stylish yet warm atmosphere as soon as we arrived. The hotel perfectly combines elegance and comfort—you immediately feel welcome and well taken care of. The rooms are tastefully furnished, very clean, and offer everything you need for a relaxing stay. They are spacious and equipped with a small kitchen. The hotel's location is also ideal for exploring the charming surroundings of beautiful Provence while enjoying a peaceful retreat. We would particularly like to highlight the evening service in the hotel's restaurant, and especially Carla! Carla immediately put a smile on our faces with her open, warm French manner. She is not only incredibly friendly, but also highly professional and clearly passionate about her work. She accompanied us through the evening with great attention and served us a fantastic dinner. Each course was not only a culinary delight, but was also presented by her with great charm and friendliness. It is clear that Carla loves her job and is connected to her homeland. She wants to give her guests a sense of her homeland. This personal commitment enriched our stay in a way that is not often experienced. The culinary experience itself was also outstanding: fresh, high-quality ingredients, creative compositions, and perfectly balanced flavors—accompanied by a wonderful selection of wines. Everything seemed to be thought out down to the last detail and prepared with a love for the craft. Overall, our stay at Villa Castellane was perfect from start to finish. A beautiful house, a great team, and service that comes from the heart. We will definitely be back and are already looking forward to seeing Carla again. :-)

ホテルの部屋は古くなってきていますが、バスルームは清潔です。立地は良いです。カーペットには黒ずみがあります。エアコンは寒くて、温度調節ができません。セーフティボックスは機能しません。コーヒーメーカーも使えません。朝食はとても美味しかったです。3335に電話して柔らかい合成枕を頼みましたが、届きませんでした。 受付近くのゲスト用トイレの洗面台はカビが生えていて、とても不快でした。コンシェルジュサービスは素晴らしいです。 全体的にはまあまあです。

Emplacement parfait, en plein centre de Cassis, tout se fait à pied! Nous étions dans une chambre triple en duplex, dernier étage avec une vue plutôt sympa sur le château de Cassis. La chambre et les lits étaient confortables, 2 salles de bains(presque trop! un WC en haut serait presque plus pratique). L'espace spa de l'hôtel est très appréciable, avec une petite piscine avec jets massants, sauna, hammam et douches se sensorielles, parfait après une journée de rando dans les calanques ! Le petit déjeuner est très bien et complet. Le salon avec le billard a aussi été très apprécié par notre fils de 10 ans. Ce qui pourrait améliorer encore l'expérience : un parking ! Et la moquette qui recouvre entièrement les sols de la chambre : même si c'est agréable, ça n'est pas très hygiénique 😬

ここで素晴らしい体験ができました。広々とした部屋と美しい景色が本当に気に入りました。ベッドはとても快適で、腰痛持ちの私にとっては助かりました。 スタッフは素晴らしかったです！たくさんの観光スポットを紹介してくれて、快適に過ごせました。 特に夜勤のスタッフ、オマールさんは本当に紳士的でした！とても親切でした。 プールとハマムは最高でした。ぜひ行ってみてください。 内装とロビーエリアはまるで自分の家にいるかのように美しく装飾されていました。 トラムと食料品店までは徒歩2～3分。とても便利です。滞在の全てが素晴らしかったのですが、最後の朝、工事の作業員に起こされたのは残念でした。素晴らしい宿泊施設なので、些細なことです。

As always, excellent 4 stars hotel. Don’t expect 5 stars service, as the hotel doesn’t claim being luxury and doesn’t price itself as such. But the view gives you the feeling of being at the top of the world. I recommend you pay an additional 8€ per person and get the breakfast delivered to your bedroom.

Very nice stay, services and views from the hotel is very great. Will repeat again when i come to Nice
