Built in the Norman period, on a steep rocky spur, this work by the Chiaramonte family is one of the Island most important, charming and best preserved feudal castle, besides being the biggest. Caccamo is a pretty medieval town at 520 meters above sea level, which stands on a hill at the foot of Mount San Calogero. Return to Palerrmo
