インドマディヤ･プラデーシュ州の3つ星ホテル

子供や幼児を含む大家族と仕事関連の旅行に行く間、私は一晩滞在するために計画外の休憩を取らなければなりませんでした。ホテルの部屋を予約しました。全体的に滞在は印象的なサービスでシームレスでした。部屋のサイズは最適で、衛生状態は標準に達しました。ダイニングエリアの悪天候のために、食べ物は部屋で提供され、私たち一人一人が味わった。ホテルには適切な駐車場があり、市内中心部から少し離れていますが、それほど多くはなく、まともなサポートスタッフもいました。全体的に素敵な滞在で、家族旅行に簡単にお勧めします。

この寒い天候では、お湯のアメニティはひどいです。 家具は磨かれていますが、椅子の内装は非常に汚れています。長い間拭かれていないか、乾いた掃除をしていません。 受付の電話番号は204と書かれており、部屋の他の顧客に混乱と怒りを引き起こしました。 施設の貧弱さとは対照的に、ベバビオアと警察の職員と受付は素晴らしかった。 --------- 汚れた椅子のクッションはホテルに非常に有害だったので写真を撮りませんでした。クッションを交換するか、可能であれば少なくとも掃除するように依頼してください。

The stay here at shiva palace was worth the money. Newly built property with almost all the amenities and staff very helpful and cooperative.

ホテルのスタッフは、できるだけ早く出席するのが良いです。サービスは素晴らしいです。しかし、ホテルの部屋はそれほどきれいではなく、平均的なホテルの部屋のようです。食べ物と復元されたサービスは良いです。エアコンは平均を下回っています。

Nice stay descent rooms friendly staff and prime location quite area room service is excellent and clean breakfast is good

Service part is Very Good.. But furniture needs an urgent replacement/up gradation. Ambiance / location is very good , at present as on 26/3/2024 ,under extension, likely to be very attractive in the coming time. Linens are suppose to be upgraded. Any way was a very good experience to be in a Tent house area. Located in a very Cool and calm area as well as very close to the market. Thanks....

The hotel was very good, staff were very kind and helpful. Especially Charu at the reception was very helpful and decent. It was a pleasure staying at the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

絶好のロケーションと素晴らしいプロパティ。私は母と一緒に滞在しました、プロパティと場所は素晴らしいです。市場に非常に近く、徒歩圏内(140m) スタッフはとても丁寧で良いです。迅速かつ簡単なチェックインとチェックアウト。

First day was horrible. Hotel booking divert to other hotel which is very low quality and not suitable for even lab-our class. How can they have shifted to other poor hotel when we have confirmed booking. Second day again after lots of fighting shifted back to this hotel. Hotel is ok not good. Second day they have given one more separate room to compensate our first day stay in other hotel. This happened to one more guest also they have also shifted to poor hotel even after confirmed booking. Take strongly with hotel management.
