Montessor Park is located in the eighth District of Paris. It has many rockeries and artificial gardens. There are Dutch farms, Swiss windmills, pyramids, ruins and so on. Walking in it has the feeling of being in the end of the century. Winter is the most interesting.
It's just a lovely park. If you're in the area, or even if you're not, it's only 20 minutes'walk from the noise of the Arc de Triomphe. It has a good sedative effect. Through the magnificent gate, into what seems to be the favorite green space of the local Parisians. Lovely gardens, mature trees, paths to explore, benches to sit on, breathing fresh air. We bought two roast ham and cheese paninis in a small cafe near the merry-go-round and had lunch on a nearby bench. We threw some bread crumbs on the sparrows. Needless to say, the sparrows immediately attracted a group of people. But shortly after we left the park, we saw a sign at the door advising people not to feed the birds. This is a "bird" rule or the opposite rule, depending on whether you are a bird or not.
Paris Montessor Park is an urban park, where forests are densely covered with lakes and rivers. The park is planted with many flowers blooming all the year round. They are very beautiful, purple and red, and the air is full of strong fragrance of flowers. They are really special and comfortable. They are rare green lungs in Paris. They are worth walking around.
