The tour guides are divided into German and English. They first watch the video for half an hour and then follow the tour. Personally, I like this place very much, because the tour guide talks very happily. Germany treats criminals much better than Lao Mao Zi.
Once the largest prison in East Germany, many political prisoners could visit if they were interested in history. They needed GUIDED TOUR to get in and buy tickets, but they could search on the Internet at certain times every day so as to avoid wasting time. There is an overview of the exhibition area at the entrance, which is free to visit. But to be honest, it's a little far. It takes 50 minutes for a one-way trip from the city. Tourists who don't have much time are not recommended to go.
The prison remains intact, and you can get a full picture of Strasi prison and its history. You can see the cells, the interrogation room and more. Importantly, the monument is still preserved here. The tour guide told the story of the place well.
