白鶴酒造資料館には、発酵に使用されたモミの木製の大きな樽など、さまざまな醸造道具が展示されています。いくつかの醸造設備に加えて、多くのワインと飲酒用の器具も展示されています。服を着て醸造業者のグループを写真に撮ることもできます。

神戸の酒造業も伝統的な手作り実体で、このところは酒造りの資料がたくさんあります。見学に適したところです。日本の清酒の度数は高くないので、飲むのに適した品種です。

ここでは、酒の製造過程を体験することができ、また、日本酒の歴史や製造技術を詳しく紹介し、自分で体験することさえできます。
