Jiangxinyu is located in the Oujiang River, known as the island of Chinese poetry, an ancient navigation mark in the world. Tickets for Jiangxinyu are 30 yuan and 12 yuan for people over 60 years old. After purchasing the tickets, I took a boat to the island and saw a big stone inscribed with the word "lonely island" on it when I left the dock. Turn right from the dock to the former British Consulate and East Tower. Several couples took wedding photos in front of the Consulate building. There are East-West twin towers on the island. They are said to have been built in Song Dynasty and Tang Dynasty. They were used as navigation lighthouses in ancient times. The East Tower was partially destroyed by the British when they built the consulate, while the West Tower was still intact. The left turn of the dock is Haoran Tower, Wentianxiang Temple, Jiangxin Temple, West Tower and Bonsai Garden. The name of Haoran Building is derived from Wen Tianxiang's "Zhengqi Song", "Haoran is said to be full of gloom" and the other is to commemorate the Tang Dynasty poet Meng Haoran who has traveled so far. The couplets on both sides of the Mountain Gate of Jiangxin Temple are famous odd couplets, "the clouds and the chaos scatter, the tide grows and grows, and the tide grows and grows. It's worth a visit. Take your time and enjoy your leisure.
