恩納村の東海岸に位置し、首里城の「御殿」を模して建てられた、地元で有名な和菓子屋です。首里城の本堂を青写真に造られたこの菓子宮殿で販売されている菓子はすべて沖縄の名物で作られており、紫芋、黒糖は代表的な名物です。そして、多くの製品は日本でもトップクラスの名物の1つです。沖縄の味を家に持ち帰りたいなら、もちろんここに買い物に来ます。お菓子宮殿のもう一つのおすすめは景色です。レストランや2階の喫茶店からは東海を一望でき、奥には広とした静かな日差しのビーチがあり、沖縄の静けさを感じながら散策できます。
