·14 days on arrival at home for passengers who have been in Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, or Zimbabwe in the past 14 days. Passengers must take a Covid-19 test within 24 hours from arrival and on day 7 of the quarantine period at their own expense. If no symptoms appear within the 14 days, passengers will be released from quarantine.

Unvaccinated passengers: Passengers must hold a negative PCR test result not older than 48 hours from the date of issuance of the result prior to arrival, or 72 hours if the passengers was unavoidably delayed due to though no fault of their own.

Vaccinated passengers: Test is not required for passengers who have been completely vaccinated against Covid-19 and hold a vaccination certificate issued by the competent authority of the foreign state in which the passenger was vaccinated. Vaccination certificatesare accepted from the following countries: Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belgium, Cape Verde, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Morocco, Netherlands, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates, or the United Kingdom (vaccinated with two doses, or with one dose if vaccinated with the AstraZeneca or Johnson and Johnson Covid-19 vaccine).

Other exempt passengers:

  1. Passengers holding permanent or temporary residence permit issued by Serbia;
  2. Nationals of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Hungary, Montenegro, or North Macedonia, provided they are arriving from the country of their nationality;
  3. Residents of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Hungary, Montenegro, or North Macedonia, provided they are arriving from the country of their nationality. They must submit a negative RT-PCR or rapid antigen test within 48 hours of arrival issued by the Reference Laboratory of Serbia;
  4. Nationals of Slovenia who hold a medical certificate confirming that they have recovered from Covid-19 within the past 180 days, or within the past 8 months if they have received at least 1 dose of the Covid-19 vaccine;
  5. Nationals of Slovenia aged 15 years and younger provided travelling with a adult who meets all testing requirements;
  6. Passengers holding an official recovery certificate confirming the passenger has recovered from an Covid-19 infection within the past 14 days to 6 months issued by the health care institutions of Andorra, Austria, Bulgaria, Cape Verde, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey or the United States;
  7. Minors aged 11 years or younger;
  8. Staff of diplomatic posts or international organisations, including their family members if holding a Special Identity Card or identification documents issued by Serbia;
  9. Crew members;
  10. Nationals of Croatia who are full time or part time students in higher education institutions in Serbia, these passengers must prove their status with the correct documentation;
  11. Passengers in transit through Serbia for less than 12 hours;
  12. Foreign nationals conducting international transport services;
  13. Members of police, military or security services arriving to perform their official duties with prior notifications;
  14. Passengers arriving for business purposes with prior notification to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. They must submit a negative RT-PCR or rapid antigen test within 24 hours of arrival issued by the Reference Laboratory of Serbia; or
  15. Minors aged between 12 to 18 years who submit within 48 hours of arrival either a RT-PCR test or an antigen test for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 virus, issued by the reference laboratory of Serbia.

Passengers travelling from the United States may hold a negative Antigen FIA Rapid test issued within 48 hours prior to arrival in lieu of a PCR test. Passengers travelling from Slovenia may hold a negative HAGT test issued within 48 hours prior to arrival in lieu of a PCR test.

Nationals or residents of Serbia, diplomats, staff of diplomatic, consular, or international organisation offices, or passengers with a regulated stay in Serbia who do not hold the required documents must quarantine for 10 days on arrival in Serbia and must register online within 24 hours of entry.

They must also hold a completed Statement of Consent accepting the quarantine requirements.
